I found the entire process wonderful.

I found the entire process wonderful. It is intimidating buying a car alone but I felt very supported by Catherine. At the dealership everyone was professional and helpful.

I guess they did what they needed to on the recall, being that moon actually spoke to Me about it and the paper said nothing that could have been done?? So I guess if the axel stays on the truck I will be okay. Most of the time they are pretty good.

I was sold a car with my problems.

I was sold a car with my problems. I was told Toyota certified meant they sold you a car with no faulty problems and great condition inside and out. My AC was busted and it messed up the air pressure in my valves. Instead of the car being fixed I was asked to pay $900. Super excessive price on a car that I’m still paying all because I didn’t get their $200 warranty

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the information provided in your review is not accurate. According to our records, you purchased a pre-owned Honda, not a Toyota. We cannot "certify" a vehicle from a different manufacturer. We did service the Honda Civic replacing the rear brake pads, replacing two tires, replacing the rear wiper, and replacing engine oil & filter. You took delivery of the vehicle with approximately 44,024 miles in February. You then went to service your vehicle at 51,502 miles in May. So in between taking delivery of your vehicle and your next service, you drove almost 7500 miles in a 3 month period. Issues with your AC could have happened at anytime during the three month period that you owned the vehicle.
