technician needs more training. couldn’t identify a between a tire plug and a ran over chewing gum. and as well as the assistance service coordinator who too does not know the difference. will be looking for another service facility for the next service. will not come back to this dealership.

I really liked my salesperson, but the dealership dropped
I really liked my salesperson, but the dealership dropped the ball regarding paperwork and I was unable to drive my car for a period of time due to registration issues involving paperwork required to register out of state. This is probably not very common, but it made my experience terrible. I wouldn’t recommend buying from out of state. In state, I’m sure it’s fine.

Thank you for your feedback. We actually did not "drop the ball" regarding the paperwork required to register your out of state vehicle. The paperwork was sent to you with a reasonable amount of time after taking delivery of your vehicle. The dealership overnighted your paperwork on 3/22/2024. You took delivery of your vehicle on 3/1. The paperwork was sent within a month and before your temporary license and registration expired. The fact that the paperwork blew off your porch is not the responsibility of the dealership. However, being that the paperwork was lost, we did overnight replacements once we were able to secure duplicates from DMV.

The salesperson was super helpful and made the process as painless as possible. The finance department is horrible. The contact said nothing to me after turning down the extended warranty. I never received a full accounting of the price. Turns out I was charged double for sales tax. In addition, there were $1000 worth of fees that were not pointed out or noticeable at time of purchase. Charging $800 to handle "registering" the car is absurd. I would not buy another car from this dealership.

Thank you for your feedback. You signed a retail or sales order that disclosed all the fees at time of purchase. Dealer fees are clearly shown on the sales order totaling $888.00 (not a $1000). You signed and agreed to all terms on the purchase order. If there was an issue in the fee structure of the purchase, it could have been addressed at any juncture during the delivery. When the double taxation issue was discovered, we did correct the issue within a reasonable amount of time and issued the difference directly to the bank you had financed with.
