Purchase process itself was easy and painless, no

Purchase process itself was easy and painless, no complaints there. Melissa the salesperson was great to work with. However, a week after having the vehicle I noticed a small crack in passenger window. I am sure it was delivered like that but since it took me time to notice, no way to prove it. Contacted the dealership but nothing they can do and I'm out $750 to have it repaired. Poor experience and will go elsewhere for service and future purchases.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, if you had the vehicle for one week there is no way to pinpoint that the crack was there at time of delivery. The crack could have happened at anytime over the course of the week. Based on the estimated repair costs of $750, this does not sound like a small crack. This sounds more like the replacement of an entire window with labor. A crack that requires the replacement of the window would have been clearly visible at time of delivery. Yes, we understand that taking a new vehicle and having to repair something is not ideal, but these things can happen at any given time. We do appreciate that you allowed us the opportunity to sell you a new vehicle and appreciate your business.

This was a crack the size of a quarter that grew while waiting for a call back from a "service manager" that never came.

The dealership and particularly Paulo made my car buying

The dealership and particularly Paulo made my car buying experience smooth and hassle free. Unlike the other nearby Toyota dealerships, Toyota of Hackensack understood what I was looking for and did not hit me with the gimmicks or the wasting of my time. I could not be more happy with my new Tundra and the service I received at Toyota of Hackensack. I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.

I was not satisfied with the service.

I was not satisfied with the service. My issue was not resolved and they made no effort to work with my and resolve anything. Not coming back here again.

I brought the car in because the heat only works for 30-40 minutes. Then it starts blowing cold. I increase the temp and it only warms up for a few minutes. Until it just starts blowing cold air. The technician told me he checked it and found nothing wrong. For me to put the heat on max high temp and max fan speed. Since I got the car I never put the heat higher thAn 72. And never had to crank the level to the max. He then tells me on the phone “ I’m not gonna drive your car for an hour” when I asked him how long he let the car run. I got the extended warranty just in case something happened with this car. Now I feel it was a waste of money. I was charged a diagnostic fee but Marissa was nice enough to only charge me half but I still had to pay and the car still has the heat issue.

Ana Mayers was beyond great!

Ana Mayers was beyond great! From the time I came in to the time I left with my new car she was awesome!! She went above and beyond for me. She was kind, respectful, funny, real, and knows HER stuff! She did not try to bully me into something that was not the right fit for me. Ana, from the bottom of my heart...thank u!!! Trust and believe my family and friends will be coming to this dealer because of Ana!!

technician needs more training.

technician needs more training. couldn’t identify a between a tire plug and a ran over chewing gum. and as well as the assistance service coordinator who too does not know the difference. will be looking for another service facility for the next service. will not come back to this dealership.
