Price way higher than advertised. Wouldn’t pass inspection in the state of Maryland. $3200 on top of the increased price they jacked up when we purchased, just to get vehicle on the road legally. They call a 100 times to get you in there, but took calls 4 days in a row when the vehicle they sold was in dire need of repairs to get a call back. I never got a call back, finally I continued to call until they finally put someone on the phone. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but people work hard for their money, and shouldn’t have to pay thousands more just to make the car safe and pass inspection.

This is the worst dealership they should be investigated because they do things they nt suppose it's taking them for ever to give tags and made a mistake on Gap papers put another vehicle info and then forced us to sign knew ones if we wanted the tags its be more than a month

The reviews are TRUE! These people are dishonest and misrepresent everything intentionally! I purchased a car with them, he said that there was going to be a different company offering me the warranty so had me sign the as-is line on the Buyers Order and that the car would come with a better warranty. Never gave me any of my paperwork. Car broke down 2 weeks later and I'm literally just receiving my paperwork today 4/12/23 after requesting the paperwork from 2/22/23. Of course, the paperwork reflects as is and no other warranty information included because he intentionally lied about the warranty, held the paperwork, misrepresented the entire deal, and basically sold me an unreliable, raggedy car. They are not even trying to pay for the back up camera which was an advertised feature of the vehicle. Just scam artist from the top all the way down. I've taken this case to the Attorney General of VA and I will go as far as need to. Don't do business with them, they misrepresented so many things while purchasing this vehicle, from the inspection all the way to the tags!! Skip this place!

Very poor customer service...actually no customer service at all, blatant customer neglect, Amal quoted me over $7,000 in fees. Vehicle listed for $25,366 and Amal told me the final price will be approximately $32,900 including fees, tax and tags. Every issue listed in the other reviews regarding pricing and poor customer service is correct. I sat for almost 2 hours with no other customer needing assistance. Noone tried to help, A picture of my license was taken, although I had not test drove the vehicle....my file sat on a desk and completely ignored for approximately 2 hours until I told Matt who was pleasant that I had to leave and that is when Amal took over and it was all downhill from there. I was flabbergasted when I was told they only take cash or cashier's check as their two forms of payment and Amal refused to give me back or confiscate the copies of my driver's license...he actually told me to come back in 30 days and he will shred it.

Terrible dealership from the top down. They lie to their customers and will never contact you, even though you get a hold of them three times during a full day of working hours. All the reviews that say it is bait and switch are absolutely correct. They aren't giving me a call back or wanting to talk to me about this certain vehicle I see online because it isn't there anymore. I work for a dealership and can access the Carfax and Carfax has been updated to sold, even though they say vehicle is available. SCAMMERS! They won't be in business too much longer. If you have troubling credit do not use them, they will screw you over, making you think their isn't another way. Please please if you are going to purchase from them don't let them take advantage of you with nonsense fees. Dealerships that lie and deceive won't last long!

Drove all the way from DC to test drive a vehicle I saw online for 18,766. Once I got the Total it ended up being 26,304 . I would've brought the car if they didn't add on a extra fee that's not shown in the paperwork !

I perfectly agree with Dee, just stay away. These ppl seems nice in customer service, but the sales manager will add things to your final sale. They send me the documents without registering my vehicle. When i called, they told me i signed up for that. It costed me another $1500 at the DMV to get the vehicle registered. DO NOT buy into it.

This place is unbelievable. Yes, they all seem nice and act like they are trying ti help you. DO NOT buy into it. They put $5000 on top of the asking price. Said they told me, which they didn't. How does a reconditioning fee cost $5000?? Please go to the main dealer. They are so much more upfront and don't do you dirty. If the loan hadn't already been applied, I absolutely would have parked it back on the lot. What good would that do now though. Screw my credit, just so they can resell the vehicle. I have proof of what the asking lroce was and what it turned out to be.

Today I purchased a 2015 Mercedes-Benz C 300 from unique. I want to say thank you to JJ, Jason and ray for the excellent service provided. The other sales representatives were also amazing they made sure I was doing fine that I wasn’t bored, and that everything was well taken care of when it came to waiting for ray. These gentlemen are very productive fast efficient. Thank you unique auto import for the service for the beautiful car and not to mention the bond we created. I will definitely come back for another vehicle.
