Worst experience ever!! Prices different, couple months for plates, no spare key, slow leak in tires, car was 14 miles until empty and they put $20 of gas in it. At the time has was $6 per gallon and I lived 2 hours away. Awful place of business

Asked this dealership a question about why they seemed to be reselling a vehicle that the carfax said they sold 2 months prior. They did not answer, sent me a dead link to view inventory, told me to call a phone number in a non-existent email signature to get more information. I do not recommend dealing with these people, I'd be willing to bet money the car I was looking at was indeed too good to be true and was hiding significant issues, based on this behavior combined with the cheap price and seemingly low miles. I'm not even sure the name of the person who responded to me because the email signature was missing.

This place has vehicles in their website and other advertising apps, such as Carfax, that are not even available... Just with the pure purpose of getting people to come to them. Then, they tell people that the cars have been sold and try to get people to buy other cars. They made my wife and I drive for about an hour and half.. all of this happened during the same day. They called and texted us promising that the truck was available and convinced us to come look at the truck but as soon as my wife and I stepped foot on their place the car magically had been sold days before… yet, it’s still showing in their website as available… and it will probably stay there for a while more just to trick ppl to come…. This was a terrible experience. Terrible customer service and definitely not a trustworthy place at all to do any type of business... not when they start off lying to the consumers.

Bad dealership !!!! Do not trust management or any sales representative. Will lie to you, steal money, and just make the whole experience bad. Only “ good “ manager is Ali. Would not recommend doing any business with them. Al other managers are lying xxxxxxxx. Sell broken vehicles with many defects, and will lie about repairs. Saw many negative interactions with many customers and they treat all customers like xxxx. Avoid them at all cost.

Would not recommend for anyone. I scheduled appointment two times to see a car and drove almost one hour when I arrived one of the sales agent said that the car is sold. After I left the dealership another sales agent called me that you didn’t show up for your appointment when I told him that I came but the car is already sold, he checked the website and said it’s not sold so I scheduled another appointment, when arrived the dealership they said the car is not available now you can come tomorrow. Anyway the employees are very rude and unprofessional.

Unique Auto Import is a top-notch car dealership. Najee is very friendly and personable. I purchased a used car as a replacement for my totaled vehicle. The pricing is fair, and the convenience of handling all the paperwork right there in their offices was extremely helpful. I recommend doing business with these professionals. Oh, and in case you can't tell, I am very pleased with my purchase!

Would not recommend to anyone. Spoke with sales person for over a week about a truck, scheduled an appointment to buy said truck. Drove over 3 hrs one way to purchase and when I arrived they told me they "sold the truck the night before" no courtesy call no text just a waste of my time and money! Stay away!!!!!!

Bunch of liers i asked for a car and they told me it was available and when i got there and asked them were the car was they told me that the car was sold and when i checked the carfax report it shows that the car was sold 2 months ago, when i called them to ask for the car they told me it was available and they asked me to apply online and bofore i got there they run my credit avoid this place they are scams!! You just gonna loose your time run from this place

I drive 3.5 hours to see a bmw and I was amazed at the quality. I almost paid extra for the same car almost same miles at another lot. But Ali gave me insight and helped me a lot. He could’ve just stayed quiet but he was honest. Thanks so much Ali be back soon
