Awesome experience

Bought my 2019 Honda Civic from Unique and am totally happy with the purchase, My salesman Matt and Pedro were awesome and General Manager Amal and owner Ray were top notch and on their game. Dealership has a huge selection and the team there meet all my expectations.

Deceitful dealership

Non-payment, deceipt and lies, gamesmanship, wasting of our time to chase them. We are a small Mom and Pop business and everyone dollar we loose or gain means a lot for our bottom line. This company contracted us on November 26 2022 to transport a 2016 Mercedes Benz S class from Nicholasville, KY to Dumfries, VA for a contract fee of $500. Per the contract, we were to be paid by check upon Delievery. The date of this review is 12/30/22. We successfully completed the task on November 27, 2022, one day ahead of schedule. However because we delivered after hours, there was no one was available to pay us. Since then, all our efforts to get paid has been unsuccessful. The so-called Controller Jessica Hawley claims she has mailed 2 separate checks to us, none of which have arrived in the mail. We have texted her multiple times without any response. Multiple phone calls have gone unanswered. We have spoken to just about any manager working there through multiple phone calls, specifically Reggie, Ray and Amal, but none of them have assisted us. My wife spoke to the General manager Reggie was 12/29/222, he stated he was going to get the same controller Jessica Hawley to call us in 15 minutes. She never called for 2 hours and 20 minutes until I decided to take matters into his own hands and reach out the same manager Reggie He stated that he had spoke to my wife and business partner many times about this same issue. He asked for one day to contact the owner of the business to investigate. He was going to call me back latest be 1 pm on 12/30/22. The call never came so I follow up at 1.20 pm and he tells me that my call was well timed as he had just spoken to the owner and he stated that a check was mailed. I explained that the Check was never mailed and that what they need to do is to contact their back to cancel their payment all checks and then issue payment by Zelle. Then Reggie tells no to stay on the phone and that someone was calling me right now. I hold for 10 minutes and and eventually hand up and recall. They tell me that Reggie is with a customer and doesn’t know when he will call me back. Obviously, our issue was clearly not important to him. I call again and they transfer me to another manager who after about 15 minutes of holding, tells me the same controller that was going to contact me. When I tried to explain to him that this person Jessica was to call me in 15 minutes but never did for 2 hours and 20 minutes, he got rude, argumentative bickering and proceeded to cut the phone. Now Jessica did call and stated she was going to call their bank, cancel the checks, get together with the managers and then figure out how to pay us. By this time, I have seen enough gamesmanship to know that they do not intend to pay so and I threaten to come after them and their deceitful business and individually through my lawyer. I think I’m going to have to just do that, as it’s obvious to me that they do not intend to pay me. To be continued.

BAIT AND SWITCH

This dealership is the worst. The price they post online is not the price you pay when you make a purchase. I paid over $5,000 in hidden fees unfortunately only to find out after I signed the contract. They had me and my family waiting for hours and rushed me through signing the contract. They also did not send me tags within 30 days, I had to constantly call them to get tags.

Bait and switch !

Bait and switch !! The price online is not the price you are going to pay. They charged me an extra $5,000 in hidden fees which I unfortunately didn’t notice until later. My tags didn’t even come in within 30 days I had to call them constantly to get tags.

I cannot recommend them to anyone

Do not trust a word out of the mouth from management or any sales representative. In August 2022 and purchased a 2011 BMW 328i . I took the care to Tucson BMW for an oil change. Tucson BMW stated I needed to return the car due the number of repairs for a lot of leaks that would cost me over 5000.00. The list of leaks: Valve Cover leaking, oil pan leaking, oil filter housing leaking, washer pump leaking and SDC Brake Fluid DOT 4 Service. I sent a snapshot of the bill of repairs to the sales representative. I spoke with the sales representative concerning the repairs and if the company's mechanic could check it out and make repairs. The mechanic told me the owner has to approve any repair cars needed. I spoke with the owner and he stated that the BMW Auto Dealership/Maintenance repairs were just trying to get money from me. . The owner told me to return the car to their mechanic. I went to pick up the car and spoke with the owner and reassured me there were no serious leaks, They only replaced the oil drain cap which was leaking. Since they checked it's been burning oil.On 10/18/22 morning I checked the oil level was “0” there was no oil. it burnt up all the oil. This morning I sent a text message to the owner with this information. I ask the owner to please get back with me. No respondes.

Lazy salesman

Called and asked a question about a Mercedes I was ready to buy and the salesman could not answer my question and was not willing to find out about it. A simple question about if the seats in the middle row could be removed! How lazy is that!!!

Shady Shady Shady

I originally contacted this dealer through cars.com and recieved a callback from one of the sales people by the name of Sam. He had mentioned that the car was available for sale and asked when I would like to come see the vehicle. I explained that it was a hour and a half drive so it would be the next day and we had schedule it. After contacting Sam the next day and telling when we would be arriving he assured me that the vehicle would be ready and that he would see me there. Upon arrival I asked if Sam was here and they had explained that he would be back in a few because he was at one of there other lots and another guy who said he was the inventory manager started explaining that the Cadillac had failed inspection and that we could take a look at it but it would not be ready for sale until they got the struts replaced and also the tires replaced. The "inventory manager" whose name was Ray started to explain that he was one of the managers and that this was one of his family's used car lots and that he has recently taken over because he was trying to improve the business. Ray further explained that he assured that the car was fine besides the 2 issues and that he had already gotten a price quote to get that fixed and said that I could go take it out for a test drive. After coming back from the test drive I proceeded to speak with Ray and we agreed upon the numbers to make a purchase upon the vehicle passing inspection. I had asked Ray if he would like for me to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle and he said that there was no need because his word was good and that he wouldn't sell the vehicle because we had a agreement and he would call me in a few days after the car gets back from the mechanic. After leaving I had secured my financing with Navy Federal, picked up the check and was just waiting a few days for Ray to give me a call telling me that the car was ready but after a week of no responses I had started to get suspicious. Every time I had called for Sam or Ray the other sales people would always say that they were on another call and for me to leave a message. I was finally able to get in touch with Sam and he had mentioned that he was in Ohio to visit his family and that I should speak with Ray about the status of the vehicle. After 3 weeks of calling I spoke with Ray and he said that the vehicle had a few more issues and that the repairs might be more so he would have to change the price of what we had agreed upon but he would give me a call the next day after finding out. The next day came, no call. 3 more days and no call back. After another week still no call back. This so called new owner, inventory manager, finance manager and a man who keeps his word had not kept a single promise that came out of his mouth. Come to find out that he had listed the same vehicle for 2k more than he had first listed it online for and when I called to inquire about it again just to see, a salesperson said that the vehicle was in the process of passing VA inspection and that the vehicle might be ready for sale shortly. Take note that this was a month and a half after my first visit. Please stay away from this used car lot. They wasted my time, energy and car lots like this should be run out of business
