Still listing cars for sale that they don't have. Then they say it was just sold. Read the other reviews. My guess is that the positive ones are mostly fake.

Najee was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him.

Bad experience non professional sales staff, drove 6 hours to purchase a Mercedes, was told prior that it was approved by the sales man only to get there and finding the vehicle wasn’t even there and the loan wasn’t done. Finally got help from the finance manager and was able to get the vehicle Never again Very bad experience

DON'T COME THEY BAIT AND SWITCH! They promised they had a specific truck at a specific price. I made an appointment When I showed up the salesman wasn't there, and neither was the truck! I TOLD THEM I HAD TO DRIVE 2 HOURS AND THEY STILL LIED TO ME!

Inquired on line Friday morning. Immediately got a text and email that they would contact me. 3 hours later I called them and spoke to Shek. I had questions and additional pictures he a was to run down... but no call back Friday or Saturday or Monday. Later Monday I called and Shek happened to answer, and reported he didn't call me back because in the meanwhile that pickup was sold. Throughout these three days I had several text exchanges with Michelle, however it never resulted in them getting back with me. I was preparing to get on a plane to come make the purchase, if they only had been responsive. Thankfully I guess, that did not happen.

I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was very nice and professional, as well as, extremely easy to work with. From the moment I called in the woman on the phone guided me on what to bring in the dealership and let me know that i would be taken care of. She was very polite and answered every question i had appropriately in my opinion. She set my appointment and sent a reminder the day before. When I came in They helped me select my car of interest, took me on a test drive, and i signed a couple papers and the car was mine for a great price!

When I first arrived I was greeted and offered water by Tianna, I was then notified my salesman would be out shortly with my vehicle pulled up to the front. After test driving and inspecting vehicle I noticed few scratches but overall vehicle condition was 9.5/10. Then after bringing it up my sales person tells me the vehicle are pre owned, wear and tear can be common but offered to negotiate removing the scratches and I was happy with the vehicle and the cost. Julian was very up front the entire process made it easy to communicate with the finance director. I actually recommend this place if you are on a budget and need some decent financing.

I’m out of state and we started the conversation on a Friday. Multiple phone calls and texts about my (2) picks of Ram trucks. Both available as always. I’d say, with shady dealers. Saturday morning few more texts to confirm that we’re in the way and the arrival approximate time. We got there and we spoke with the guy that was recommended to us to speak with, not the same person we were communicating with up to that point. Looked around ourself since nobody could help, none of the two truck were on that lot. Nobody could give explanations, it was like nobody there was giving a crap or wanted to sell anything nor about the customers time. Not even sure if this was just incompetence or they hold customers in low regard.. Honestly, all dealers around that areas seem to be shady. I would avoid VA dealers along 95 in entirety... And I’ll do just that, kept giving them benefits of the doubt but no more. Stay away!
