Purchased jeep from here was extremely happy then but Sad to say my Jeep Grand Cherokee had to be junk . Thousand spent and I just can’t do anymore repairs. I thought like many purchasing a older vehicle was good move it was not. Do not buy from these con artist. None of the cars in that lot worth anything. Do not waste your time.

As many would say in a poor review, I would give a zero if I could. Even less. Texting with them is an automated joke. Emailing impossible. Even calling is nothing but excuses. None of the vehicles on their website are available. The advertised financing is definitely not available. I'm in the market for am older model Cherokee... supposedly they have them. NO! I thought I'd found somewhere to deal with. They are a scam! Run away. Fast. Let others know if possible. To the dealership: If you read these reviews, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You are liars and thieves. Take yourself out of business until you gain an understanding of the term "legitimate".

Nice looking Jeeps, and a nice website. That’s where the good things about this company end. I live in MA and tried to get delivery options, filled out a credit app, and reached out multiple times. They never get back to you. Never seen a company care so little about customers. Don’t go to the Auto Expo

Not worth giving any stars bought a Jeep Cherokee and was told that they fixed cats that’s why it took 2 weeks for delivery but they never did anything also paid extra for undercoating it was never done don’t waste your money or time

My experience was simple. Go there for a grand Cherokee that was featured on cars.com. Find out like 80-90-% of their inventory is not what’s on cars.com. It’s a bait and switch to get you in the door then try and sell something else. Typical used car dealer. Stay away

Excellent customer service. Cliff was so nice and helpful! Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend buying a car from them to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle. I love my Jeep and I walked away feeling very confident about the condition and safety of my vehicle. Professional and friendly!

Inquired about five Xj cherokees. Never even got a response. Think if you use Facebook and link emails that you would have somebody responding .

None of the vehicles on website for this dealership were available. It is misleading. Customer service was not very professional .

Dealership DID NOT have ONE Jeep that they had advertised! Everything with less than 100,000 miles was not available! Communication is non- existent. I will not call again.

E mailed for info. No response !! Not a way to do business if you advertise on line and offer a response .
