I just bought my 3rd Infiniti car from Cochran. Jeff sold me the last 2 and was terrific. I've come back to Cochran due to obviously loving the product, but also due to the staff and service - excellent!

I had been searching for a specific Audi TT and found it online with Cochran. I cannot say enough about Jeff. He was excellent from the first phone call. I wanted to have the car shipped to me since I am in TN. He went above and beyond taking care of this. We had a few quirks with the shipping but it was out of his control. He was always in touch with me on what was going on. I also worked with Joyce and she was also fantastic. The dealership has some great people working for them and these days good customer serivce is hard to find. I have never bought a care site unseen but this was a great experience. Any questions I had we always answered. Thanks for everything, Kim Fry

I have been going to #1 Cochran Infiniti for years now. And over all the time I have interacted with Cochran's infiniti group, Bailie has been my point of contact for service. Great professional and positive attitude. Extremely helpful and detailed. I have showed up on non-scheduled service times and Bailie walks out of the service area and opens the door and calls my name to ask how my infiniti is running. From a customer standpoint, Support and Service are high priority on the list of items for which a dealer is judged. Based on the excellent personal treatment of the service staff of Cochran's Infiniti group, I would urge anyone to purchase their infiniti at Cochran to experience a service area that makes a customer feel at home.

I purchased a G37S coupe from Tony as a Christmas gift for my wife this past Christmas. We were in town to visit with family and friends for the holidays and drove past the Infiniti dealer on Rt22 and I saw the car my wife has been looking for on the lot. We stopped in and spoke with Tony who was both accommodating and very professional in dealing with both my wife and I. After working things out with Tony, Shawn and Joyce we made a deal. The main catch though is we were 450 miles from our home, this was not a problem Tony & Shawn made arrangements to have the car delivered to our door 2 days before Christmas. I would recommend anybody to stop by and speak with Tony he is a true professional and a gentleman that goes out of his way to see that things are handled in the manner that is not found often in this industry.. Service department is always available for my schedule. ...
Service department is always available for my schedule. In 5 minutes I'm in a loaner vehicle and on my way....I receive a call if anything unexpected is found, it is discussed and "go-no go" direction is given. When my service is complete I receive a call leting me know my vehicle is ready for pick up. Best service department I've had the good fortune to find in nearly 50 years of driving. The Service Department alone is worth buying a vehicle from this dealer!

Truly satisfying buying experience. It was the first time I have ever leased a vehicle and I am very satisfied. Bernie is a true professional. He gave me a reasonable price on the first quote and my decision to buy was quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable about the leasing options. At delivery he gave a thorough demo of the cars features. He knows the vehicles he sells inside and out. It was a very pleasant and satisfying car buying experience. Bernie and Cochran will be my first people I contact when I lease again.

I have been a customer at this dealership for over 20 years. I recently purchased my 7th Infiniti and the reason I continue to stay with this location is the phenomenal service and attention I receive. I don't feel like a customer, the staff makes me feel like family. Bernie was extremely thorough in telling me all the features of my G37x, and he never came across like it was "just a job". I know I can call on him at any time and he will immediately respond to whatever I would need. I know I can call Greg at any time (and I have) with the same results. No other dealership can even come close to the genuine attitude and attention displayed by these two gentlemen and I recommend them constantly to anyone who will listen, which is fairly often since my car generates a lot of attention. I'll be a customer there as long as I have a license!
