Very satisfied with Infiniti. This is my THIRD Infiniti purchase with Jeff Comin. Jeff has always been honest with me, very knowledgable, kind, and never pushy.

Steve was extremely helpful and friendly. He spent 3 hours of his time with me going over every aspect of my new jx35. I never felt any pressure to buy and it was a very pleasant experience. When my husband is ready for a new vehicle I will recommend Steve. He even texted me the next day to see how I liked the car. I feel as an important customer. Thank you so much.

I always come to the dealership and drive off with a car...

I always come to the dealership and drive off with a car (Nissan since 1999). However, with this salesman (Bernie Diloreto-Monroeville), he made it impossible to even consider buying. He did not even know if the Infiniti Jx was built on a Panthfinder 2013/Murano platform. Every question I asked, he replied with "I don't know" He did not even provide me the opportunity to experience the "salesman characteristic" of "I want you to drive off with this car today." Very little eye contact...he should have just told us to leave. That is okay because I went to South Hills Infiniti and drove off with my Infiniti JX the next day. I asked if I may have equity in my Murano and he replied "I don't know." As well, he never left his seat to even peek at the vehicle-South Hills Infiniti did an inspection immediately. Isn't this the same company? Go to South Hills-Shawn was great. I always say that you always get "beat" when buying a car because the dealer has to make a profit, but I want to feel like a valued customer as a receive my monetary beating. I think South Hills gave me an excellent deal, but even if it was not the best price, they were awesome and I made decided that I was going to buy the car because of Shawn's enthusiasm, knowledge, sense of humor, patience, diligence, and overall excellent customer service.

Ten years ago we bought a new Saturn at #1 Cochran and were very pleased with the "no hassle - no haggle" experience. Over those ten years John Salmon and the service department have taken good care of us and the car. Hoping to repeat the experience with another new car we visited the Hyundai showroom. We were greeted warmly when we entered the showroom and were introduced to Dave Sharo who listened carefully to what we wanted before we went into the lot. After a road test convinced us we had found the Make and model we wanted, we sat down with Dave to find the individual car. Dave made several suggestions and we settled on a pearl white, beige leather interior Sante Fe Limited. Throughout the entire process, Dave explained features, talked about the various finacial incentives, and answered all of our questions. While he was very pro-Hyundai, he never ran down the competition. We never felt pressured. He acted more like an advisor than a stereotypical car salesman. When it came time to "make the deal" again there was no pressure, just straight answers. He gave us a fair price for our used Saturn, and beat our bank's rate on the financing. Then he helped me move our "stuff" from the old to the new car. Dave then took us to Delana to complete the remaining paperwork. In spite of my mistake that required her re-doing much of the paper, she was very friendly and efficient. She explained the various additional services thoroughly but never pressured us to purchase them. We had forgotten to bring the Saturn title with us, so she explained exactly what to do when we brought it. Dave then took us to the Sante Fe and explained, again, how all of the controls worked. Before left he also told me that when I got a "Blue Tooth" cell phone to bring it and the car back and he'd set it up for me. He also told us call him if we had any questions. When we returned the next day with the title we met with Joyce Hall, who had done the paperwork when we had bought the Saturn ten years before. She was as friendly and efficient as ever and and signing over the title we sat and swapped stories. We were treated with respect, we were made to feel welcome, and we got a great deal on a car we wanted, it was a thoroughly enjoyable (a word not usually associated with car buying) experience. I suspect that #1 Cochran must treat its people as well as its customers, because Dave and Joyce have both been with Cochran for over ten years. P.S. We asked Dave for busines cards we could pass on to friends who may be looking for a new car. We've already passed some out.

This was absolutely the best experience I ever had buying a car. Bob Trabucco was friendly, very knowledgable, and respectful. He took a great deal of time with us and explained everything about the car. I couldn't be more delighted with my new Infiniti JX and the exceptional experience I had at Cochran Infiniti Monroeville!

I can not say enough good things about my experience at Cochran Infiniti. From the initial contact to my family driving off the lot with a new QX56, we were treated like family and with a respect that you don't usually get from car dealers. I would recommend Cochran Infiniti to friends and family and will be a customer for life.

Everyone at Cochran Infiniti was wonderful to work with. The service department is top notch and influenced our buying decision. The buying experience could not have been better. Our sales person Steve, was very knowledgable and took the time after the sale to explain all of the features and benefits of our new vehicle.
