2014 Ram 3500 6.7 cummins
Great experience. Very helpful. No pressure. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. After showing me the choices I had for what I was looking for they recommended I test drive all the trucks I was considering. Which I did. After test driving a few trucks the salesman left me alone to my thoughts to make a decision. Based on the test drive, some offers for each truck and some time to collect my thoughts I ended up driving away in my new truck very,very happy. Thank you Lithia CJD of Great Falls.

Service Review
This was my first time to Lithia for service, so didn't know the procedures. Waited outside in my car for about 20 minutes, although I could see people inside looking in my direction, no one every came out to help. Once I decided to just go in and find out what to do, I met Annette who was very polite and thorough. The others at the repair desk seemed pretty uninterested in why I was there. Repairs were done in a timely manner, although they did not reset the maintenance clock, so I had to do it myself with instructions over the phone from Annette. I live about 40 miles away, so can't just "run by" to have done what should have been done while servicing. Waiting area could be vastly improved - it was very cold and sparse - not at all inviting or welcoming.

Never will buy here again'
Bought a Chrysler 300 June 2014,drove 350 miles to get it, turned in my form for my Palty $25 Amazon card,never got it,was suppose to get 1 yr Sirrius Radio free,got 2 mos and ASirrius charged me $189 for still no service'(racket between The dealer and Sirrius I'm sure'), I'll never buy another vehicle from Lithis and will recommend to others not to. Planning on buying a new Chrysler300 in the next 2 yrs, and won't be from them'

Unbelievable interest rate!
What a great experience! We sent an email from Cars.com on Sunday morning, knowing they didn't open until 9:00 o'clock, we had a text from Mike RIGHT AT 9:00 o'clock letting us know the vehicle was still available. When we arrived, Mike was ready for us, answering all of our questions and going to work for us. (not to mention he's a great guy, completely normal, not what to expect from a car salesmen!) He got our payment EXACTLY where we wanted it! (even though I thought it was going to be impossible) We drove home with a new/used Durango at 5 o'clock Sunday evening! Can't ask for better than that! We'll be back!

Michael Stull is the best
It's been two years since the purchase of our new Jeep Patriot, and the memory of our very good experience with Michael Stull remains strong. As others have mentioned, it is his "non" salesman persona that makes dealing with him such a pleasure. It makes you wonder why all sales people do not follow in his footsteps. Just read the other reviews to see why his style is so welcomed from people who have dealt with the old school sleazy type that makes buying a car feel like a trip to the dentist. I hope management at Lithia appreciates the real gem that Michael is, and takes a note from his style, and encourage others to emulate his modern yet old fashioned approach to sales. Thank-You again Michael for an experience well remembered.

Best Experience I've Had At A Dealership
Mike has to be the best car salesman I've ever had to deal with. He was sharp, extremely friendly and empathetic, and got me a great deal. I never felt like I was getting cheated or ripped off like I did when I bought my car 2 years ago. Couldn't be more happy with my new vehicle and it's all thanks to Mike.
