2014 2500 Ram pickup
Mark, our salesperson was great, he knew who we were when we ask for him personally. The rest of the staff were pleasant also. The only thing that wasn't done was a detail of the pickup because it was late and the detail staff went home but was offered a detail the next time we were in Great Falls. But that probably won't happen because we live 2 1/2 hrs away and hardly ever get to Great Falls. Over all my rating is excellent.

Everything was fine. It took a while to get the service scheduled, but I suspect that is because they need more room. I understand they are working on that.

Truck recall for shocks
I made an appointment to get one of my shocks replaced due to the recall. I had to travel from out of town and showed up early by about 45 minutes. I anticipated that I would not have my truck looked at until the prescribed appointment time. I was good with that as that is how normal business is done. However, my truck went into the shop almost immediately and the shock was replaced. On top of that the service technician also looked at a few other things such as tire pressures. Apparently this is normal operating procedures. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy that I received. I will gladly drive the 1 1/2 hours it takes to get to Great Falls to have my truck taken care of at this fine dealership.

Great Experience
Our experience of choosing and purchasing a car at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Great Falls was a very positive experience. We knew what type of vehicle we were looking for and the salesman Rob Buley was well versed and understood our needs. He showed the differences and comparisons of the model we were looking at so that we felt we were able to make an informed decision. Rob was also the financial manager and he clarified my financial questions so that I felt comfortable and secure in my decision to purchase my new Chrysler 200. Just had my 13 ram 2500 Cummins in for a failed tranny the service was great Annette handled my truck they were fast got it done and made sure I had wheels while I waited they kept me up to date in every thing this dealer has been from the purchase of this truck and any issues it has had

Quick, Easy, and got what i needed
Mike Stull takes care of his people. He prides himself in not taking of you during the sale but even after the sale. A couple months after I purchased my vehicle I had to have a tire replaced. When I got the vehicle back I noticed some damage was done to the wheel. I approached Mike about my concern that the damage was done when the tire was replaced. Mike and the entire Service department worked to find the cause of the damage and replaced the wheel at no cost to me. And recently when I had concerns about the towing capacity of my truck I approached Mike about trading in my Vehicle and instead of making a quick sale Mike and parts department worked with me to get the added parts I need. I will continue to use and recommend Litha to friends, family and Coworkers.
