Everyone was great and very nice. Came in and Aaron King found me the truck that was perfect for me. Helped me with everything and was very helpful with any questions I had. I would recomend Spitzer Ford in Hartville to someone looking for an easy process.

We made an appointment to look at a used vehicle not expecting to actually be able purchase it. We have been shopping around at other big name dealers and have not had very pleasant experiences. To say we have credit issues would be an understatement. But Nick Sipe and the finance team did a stellar job. They were up front and honest from the beginning. We will be repeat customers!

In our search for a new vehicle we met Mike Anderson and test drove a new Escape at Spitzer Ford of Hartville. We told Mike we weren't impulse shoppers. He politely answered all our questions and did not attempt to pressure us. We returned nearly a week later after driving several competitor vehicles. Mike had the day off so the manager answered the new questions we had. Like Mike, the manager did not pressure us. The following day we spent considerable time making sure the vehicle was a good fit for us. It was! Mike, the manager, and the finance person were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and a lot of fun to work with. We bought a vehicle that we feel best suits us from a dealership that we believe will service us well for many years to come. I was impressed with the service I got from Spitzer. I am picky when it comes to service but I must say, the service I got from this dealer exceeded my expectations. they were very customer friendly; never felt pressured into buying the car. Nick Sipe was the saleman and I would recommend this guy to anyone looking for a car to buy. Very friendly and has all that you would want in a sales representative. I also interacted with two other individuals, John the manager and Jonathan the finance guy, these were very down to earth and were able to assist and explain the whole car buying process. I have been to other dealers where you feel like vultures pouncing on you--I did not feel pressured into buying the car. I was surprised at how fast they got me into a car that was within my means.
