I stopped in to purchase a car because my car was totalled so it was a Saturday so we saw a car, it made a noise in the engine so they said they have a Nissan specialist working here and it's an altima but he couldn't figure out what the problem was so now he won't even pick up the phone. Now I'm stuck with the rental for another week and they won't do anything to fix the problem . They really screwed me over. So very unreliable. This is not a business it's worse than a buy here pay here

Wouldn’t purchase another vehicle from this place the Vehicle that was sold to me without the Carfax and did not tell me This vehicle was in a accident ran into many problems over the 2 1/2 years I had the Vehicle had to replace the alternator had to replace the starter both Cadillac converter’s failed within 2 1/2 years And the list goes on trying to get rid of this vehicle now is nearly impossible now facing a $9000 debt on to my credit because I was sold the car without the history just going off of a reparable name ACI Auto Group I recommend anyone who deals with these people to ask for the Carfax before you get any vehicles from these people they are quick to get you anything to make money And definitely asked for an extended warranty because they will lie and tell you that The vehicle is under warranty and after 30 days is up tell you that it was only for 30 days and it wasn’t a extend Warranty I asked these questions and they told me yes this vehicle was under warranty it’s all in the paperwork but don’t forget to read the fine print They’ll say anything to get you to sign papers and get you out the door into the vehicle thinking everything is OK . Please pay attention and listen to these people when they’re speaking fast and in terms you don’t understand bring someone with you that understands The process of buying a car learn from my experience.

To much pressure cara are not in good conditions mechanical or physical

excellent dealership. small, friendly, no pressure, no bologna. I didn't end up buying the truck but sincerely wish I had. I decided to drag my feet and lost out. Pete at ACI was very easy to talk to, straightforward and honest. by the time I called back to buy the truck, it was sold (no surprise). He even remembered my name and hometown without me mentioning either on phone, just from our interaction. I highly recommend this dealer.

I bought my wife's Jeep Wrangler from Pete at ACI. Nobody knows more about Jeeps ACI. They installed a 4 inch lift and 35 inch tires and my wife loves it. I'd recommend ACI to anyone in the market for a Jeep or truck

I stopped by the dealer because I was very interested in an advertised vehicle. The sales person that I spoke with showed me the vehicle and explained that it had just arrived and had not been inspected yet. He took my name and number and told me he would call when I could drive the vehicle. He never called and I bought a car across the street.

I only looked at a truck at aci auto and never went into the dealership so I can't speak about that part but I emailed a few times and seemed to always get the answers I was looking for

I visited another dealer and had to work hard just to get a return call on a car that I was very interested in and had the funds and financing for. A second dealer never got back to me, again on a car that I was interested in and had the money in hand to purchase. So, on a Friday afternoon, I paid a visit to ACI on a Volvo C30 that I saw not more than an hour earlier. Although it was late in the day, Brian gave me a great welcome and handed the key over to the car that I came to look at, inviting me to take it out for a test drive. The next morning, I went back so that my wife could take it out for a spin as I wanted her opinion as well. Monday afternoon, I drove off with the car and, for the first time ever, enjoyed the process of purchasing a car. Brian and the crew at ACI were professional, friendly and helpful at every turn. How this dealership is not known by everyone in the region is a mystery because I plan to go back to them for service and future purchases as well as tell anyone that asks about them.

I called and left a message at night and got a call back first thing next morning from Brian. I told him I wanted to test drive the 2007 infiniti g35 they had and bring it to my mechanic, they said no problem. My mechanic was impressed as was I. The car was in mint condition, it looked brand new from the outside with the exception of a small piece on the bottom back bumper was cracked, and i noticed a small scratch on the passenger side door. I asked if they could replace and paint the cracked piece and take care of the scratch, and they took care of it for no charge. They also got me financing, and after discussing it with them they lowered the apr by 1.5%, saving me about $600 dollars. The car I found was one of the cheapest in the country for the year and number of miles, and the dealership was within 5 miles of my house! And after reading some of the reviews of other dealers on this website god only knows the condition the other cars were in that were cheaper than the one I bought, but mine was mint. And the process was extremely fast (in a good way, I never felt pressured.) Great experience, great staff, great car. Contact Brian he was very helpful.(Though i believe that none of them work on commission there.)
