I was referred to ACI by a friend who also bought her Infiniti there. When I went down to ACI, Mike came out and talked to me about what exactly I was looking for and was very knowledgable about Infinitis and what was available. When I wanted to take the car I was interested in (a 2007 G35x) out for a test drive, Mike handed me the keys and wished me a nice drive and sent me off to try it out - something that has never happened to me before! The whole buying process was super easy and I have recommended Mike and ACI to others. I will definitely be going there to buy my next car as well!

In October I went to several dealerships in search of a 2007 Infiniti G35X. I went on a test drive with sales rep Mike DeLuca. He wasn't able to budge on the price for the car I wanted but they had the same car at a lower price. I was going to buy it but on my way home it sold. Mike told me that he would give me the same price on my first choice! I was so happy. Mike is very laid back and is not pushy at all. All other dealerships had very eager salesmen that are relentless and it's annoying. In the winter while scrapping my car I cracked my side mirror with my brush. I purchased a replacement mirror glass and went to ACI for an oil change. Mike had the service manager install the glass for free! Mike is an honest guy and will give you a great deal. Don't waste your time at other dealerships. If you are looking for a used car, go see Mike DeLuca at ACI Auto Group in East Windsor, you won't be disapointed! Everyone there is very friendly and you can tell that they actually care.

I purchased a FX35 from ACI about a month ago and couldn't be happier. Mike at ACI was most helpful and informative in making my decision to purchase a car from them. I live in NJ and drove over 3 hours to make the purchase. Why? Great price and honesty. Mike answered all of my questions and was very patient as this was my first Infinity purchase. When I arrived at the dealer the FX35 was 100% as stated. The clean car fax, excellant condition and great price made the deal easy but Mike was the reason I ended up at ACI. I would recommend ACI to anyone looking for a vehicle. As for the FX35...I love it. I was a BMW guy and the X5 cannot compare to the way an FX drives like a sports sedan. I drives smoother and quieter than my BMW 3 sedan. Overall a great buying experience because of quality cars and even better quality people respresenting the dealership. I am extremely happy with all the experiences I have had with ACI during both the buying process, and with the service department. In the past I have bought cars at big dealers, such as Morande Mazda and Gengras. I felt in both experiences I was having issues with dishonest employees telling me I needed to purchase additional items for my car. When I first went to ACI, and met Mike DeLuca, I knew that my experience would be different. He took into account what I wanted to purchase, and found that vehicle for me (Infiniti G35X). He talked me through the warrantees etc., and was able to explain each part of the process so I could understand. Mike even stayed after closing to take care of an issue I had with the loan company my old car was through. I have never been so happy in a car before. I bring my car into ACI's service department for any type of work it may need (such as oil changes, tires, brakes etc.). I have found that Jon and his crew will discuss what needs to be done, and give accurate estimates for work. They are extremely fair and have better prices then the local businesses around where I live. As a teacher on a tight budget I feel that ACI gives my car the best treatment for a fair price. I would recommend Mike, Jon and the ACI staff to anyone. Their honesty, sense of humor, and efficiency, makes going to the car dealer enjoyable.

A coworker recommended Mike DeLuca and ACI Auto based on their own personal experience - and I'm glad she did. After meeting Mike, I knew ACI would be the place that I buy my car. ACI was the first and only place I went to. Not only did I get the car I wanted, Mike was able to find me something newer with far few miles, for the same price. Mike also inspected the car to ensure that I wouldn't have problems soon after buying it. He even gave me a loaner while I waited. I really feel Mike and ACI went above and beyond, especially with regards to the customer service I received - but I think that's just who they are! I would highly recommend ACI to anyone in the market for a new car.

I shopped around did my homework and evaluated several dealers within a 50 mile radius and the people at ACI had the best prices and service. I figure I saved about $8000.00 on my purchase Their service department is also first class...they saved me $800.00 on service that the Infiniti dealer recommended I have. That I found out I really didn't need. Two thumbs up in my book
