I was looking got an Infiniti G35X when I stumbled upon ACI's selection of vehicles. All of the prices were extremely fair, and the carfax was free. I dealt with Mike the entire process and he was awesome! SO laid back, professional but casual. The car buying experience with him was totally different than the traditional places that hassle you to buy. The process of buying my car took longer than most (2 weeks) but Mike was very patient with me the entire time. I honestly would never go anywhere else to buy a car ESPECIALLY if you are looking into an Infiniti. Other dealerships put so much pressure on you to buy but the way Mike handled things was a total breath of fresh air. This is not the type of dealership where after purchase you are no longer of concern, they want you to be happy with your purchase for as long as you own the vehicle. Take my advice, don't go anywhere else but ACI. It would be a waste of your time & money.

After making an inquiry to ACI and getting a quick response from Mike Deluca, I went to the dealership to look at two different vehicles. One was an 08 Infiniti G37, the other an 07 G35. Mike answered all my questions, showed me all the different features of the cars, and offered me a very fair trade-in for my car, which had a considerable amount of miles on it. He then found me a surprisingly affordable payment on the G35, and let me know my options. Mike was very laid back and made the experience more casual than business like. He never once pressured me or made me feel like i HAD to buy one of the cars, which I noticed to be the exact opposite at other dealerships I had been to, where they were constantly nagging me just to get a sale. After weighing all my options, I decided to get the G35, and so far I absolutely love it. Mike has stayed in touch throughout the entire process, even after the sale was final just to make sure everything was going well and that I was happy with the car. He made everything very simple, and stress free. I would absolutely recommend ACI Auto Group to anyone looking to get a car, especially an Infiniti.

I had been looking, on and off for about 8 months, to replace my existing vehicle and was not finding a "good deal" on what I was looking for. A friend who is also in the market came across an ad from ACI and passed it along to me. From start to finish this was the best buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, no hassles, prompt response to all phone calls and emails. I dealt with Mike Deluca at ACI and he was a true professional. I talked to Mike by phone and email before making the 105 mile trip from Boston to see the vehicle. I let him know what my financial "limitations" were and if they were met we would have a deal. I made the trip and the deal was wrapped up in principal that day (Saturday after their posted hours) and my financing was aprroved the next business day on Monday. I went down and signed the paperwork on Tuesday and drove my "new to me" vehicle home that day. No suprises, no add ones, etc.... exactly the price we agreed on with in the limitations I had made clear to him before I came down. A very pleasant, no hassle buying experience and I will definetley start my next vehicle shopping search with them. From what I could see of their inventory they mostly carry high end late model pre owned vehicles and are very selective about what they put out for sale. They were very fair with me on my trade and financing and it was the best car shopping experience I have come across in my 30+ years of being a car owner. It was well worth my time & trip from Boston to see them and I will gladly recomend them to any person I know who is looking for a later model, high end, pre owned vehicle.

Buying a used car through ACI was a friendly and easy-going experience. Things that specifically stood out were: - Competitive financing relative to CarMax and other Infiniti dealerships - Upfront honesty about appropriate warranties that were available (I wasn't tried to upgrade to an excessive warranty I didn't need) - Fair value for my trade-in, particularly given damage that existed on the car Overall, buying at ACI was a great experience, and I will look to get my next car there in the future.

I recently purchased a 2008 G35xS through Mike at ACI. It was by far the best experience I have had with a car salesman, new or used. I made a few visits to the dealership, and at no time did I feel pressured to make the purchase. I originally went there to look at a coupe and after sitting in a few different vehicles I realized that the 4-door was really what I wanted. I had been casually shopping for a G for the past 6 months and Mike was the first salesman I had come across that could actually answer all my technical questions about the car. I think that what sold me. Since my purchase the car has been perfect. I plan on taking my vehicle there for service in the future, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

I am very pleased with ACI. I heard good things from a co-worker who purchased a 2008 Infinity G35 from them last fall. In January, I was in need for an upgrade, and I decided to look them up. I checked out several dealers and cars in the Hartford, CT and Holyoke, MA area. I looked at the Lexus IS 250, the Acura TL and RL, and the Infinity FX 35 and G35. The customer service at ACI was by far the best. Mike was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I got just what I wanted (2008 G35x S) without all of the extra hoops to jump through. As a busy professional, I did not have the time to put up with the typical car sales crap; and I was thrilled with the professional service ACI supplied. I would recommend everyone to check them out. I was looking for a used G35 sedan and found a couple that I liked at this dealership. I had never heard of them before but was very thankful that I found them. The entire buying experience was great. Mike was a pleasure to work with - very straight forward, no pressure buying experience. Drove up and saw the car - took it for a test drive - bought the car - took it home the next day. It was as easy as that. I would highly recommend ACI.

Greatest experience ive ever had buying a new car. Mike sold me an infiniti g35 coupe. I had spoken with him on a monday, we discussed the car throughout the week, I went up on thursday to test drive it, I fell in love with the car and picked it up the following day. The process was very quick and easy. Mike was very straight forward about the car and up front with everything. They have quality cars at ACI and even though I Live over an hour a way I would definitely go back over and over again to purchase from them again.
