New ****Look at the negative reviews from the last 6 months before buying here.******Tough to deal with. Typical car dealer games, back and forth sales tactics. This dealer has gone downhill, and there sales departments may be as fake as the come. As others have suggested they are rude sales people ,selling junk used cars and charging inflated prices, read the car fax and look for the origins and if the cars been sold at auction, or had a salvaged title. Avoid there used cars at all costs. Owner, please spare google users the “Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate your feedback regarding the tires on the vehicle you purchased. It's important to us that our vehicles meet high standards, and we understand your concerns about mismatched tires. We encourage you to reach out to Power Kia directly so we can address this situation appropriately. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to hear from you” your wasting everyone’s time and it’s clear you don’t care and we all know this is a tactic to save face.

Service department is a joke.

Service department is a joke. They told me that our 5 day old brand new Kia wouldn’t be covered under warranty for malfunctioning key fobs. Said it would be $195 diagnostics fee. Buyer beware. The car might be cheap, but we have instant buyer’s remorse not going with honda or toyota. Even my 5 year old Ram was covered under warranty recently.

Service department should be considered a hate crime.

Service department should be considered a hate crime. Wont cover a 5 day old brand new kia with malfunctioning key fobs. Sales might be fine, but service is what matters ling term. Power kia fails miserably

I did reach out. To your service department, whom then checked with a ‘service advisor’ whom confirmed the lack of warranty coverage.

Buy a car here if you want but do not believe their promises, guarantees, speaking of family like business, fast accurate vehicle care and accommodations that they offer. They may sell you a great deal but know its xxxxxxxx covered in glitter. Let me tell you why. I would go anywhere else if I could. My 14month old Kia Soul with 10,700 miles on it Just started banging and knocking so bad it was literally shaking and vibrating the whole car. It got slightly less shaky after it was warmed up but continued to knock. Pressing on the accelerator was rough and it would still shake throughout the drive making it feel like Im driving on gravel, at stops the steering wheel is vibrating if I have the engine left on at stops. If the engine is auto off at stops it starts up really rough. I just had an oil change my second oil change at 10,650 miles at Valvoline they said everything looks great but my battery was draining faster then it should and i need to get it to the dealership. Batteries should last 3-5 years. That was 10 days ago. I haven't even added fuel to the tank. I had Jiffy Lube check the oil job hoping something might be loss or maybe the wrong oil. Jiffy said they cant find anything wrong with the oil change that was done. They did say the car if not running right and I need to take it to the dealership. I get to the dealership right at 8am and ask if they can check my car out really quick to see what is wrong with it. I just need to know if it is something I need to worry about or not. Knocking is not a good thing I could be piston slap or Engine knocking. I know one is less urgent then the other but my car is a year old and should be having any knocking at all! It low miles so completely under warranty. The shop says they don't have any openings for a few weeks. I asked if the car would be ok till then and the front desk lady says she doesn't know. I asked if there was anywhere else I could take and she says it needs to be diagnosed here. I let her know I will be out of the country in a couple of weeks and My Teen that works night as the Hospital needs to be able to drive to work and the day they offered what right in the middle of his work week and the time right in the middle of his work day. I asked if they have a car we would be able to use while they have my car. She said no. I asked if the car brakes down do will they take responsibility? and She said no. I asked and if my kid is in an accident are they going to take responsibility then? She said no. I asked to speak to the manager. He pretty much was laughing in my face. I asked him if they dont have any opening and the closed Kia to us is over an hour away if he think my car would make it. He said I dont know it needs a diagnostic. I asked if it brakes down on my up will they cover the towing cost and car rental? He said no that would be on you. I asked if it would be fine to drive around town? He said IDK anything that sounds off need to be checked with a diagnostic. Asked again is there anywhere close I can take my car for the diagnostics to be check. He said it needs to be a kia dealer. I told him I am going out of the country and my Teen with be driving it for work when I am away. I asked if he can guarantee my kids safety in that car. He laughingly said absolutely not. I said if my kid gets in an accident and gets seriously injured will kia take responsibility for that. Again he laughingly said no. I asked and if he dies with the car at fault? He was literally laughing like my kids life is nothing but a joke to him. I let him know that car is our only means of transportation. I need it looked at just to let me know if it is Urgent or not. I was just asking for peace of mind and for them to back their words and promises I got when buying the car. To stand by their warranties in the least.. I asked for corporates number and they gave no solution but at least the one on the phone with me was sympathetic.

Very goof experience.

Very goof experience. Listened to us and Johnny Guevara at Kia Salem worked very hard and we bought a vehicle meeting our terms. Would recommend Johnny and dealership to anyone.

They lied to me about monthly payment to lease the car.

They lied to me about monthly payment to lease the car. They told me it would be similar to the website but when I arrived here from long distance they offered more than twice of monthly payment, and when I complained about this price, they behaved very badly. It was a horrible experience with them. I have never experience such a this behavior in different leaderships who my friends recently bought car from them. Totally irrespecutful, so mean, unfriendly and wasting time
