We bought our 2nd car in the same month from Germain and it was due to our treatment and service from Daryl Erdin from the Sales Team. He was very helpful, informative, and communicated with us on leads for our 2nd purchase. He allowed us the time to test-drive several vehicles and provided options for warranties and financing. Karl, with the finance team, answered all of our questions concerning the financial documents. When we or a friend are ready the next vehicle purchase, we will highly recommend Germain Nissan.

The service that i received from Mike Banton was exceptional. He is a wonderful person with such a pleasant smile and friendly spirit. When i had my 2011 Rogue, he would call often to see how things were going and if i needed anything. It is salesman like him with his personality that made me call back to lease a 2014 Rogue. As I walked in I was Nathan greeted me in a very friendly way, I felt quite welcome and right away we were able to get into the car I was interested in and we went on a great test drive. During the drive the car handled well, drove adequately, and I immediately became interested in the car. Afterwards Nathan was helpful in setting up our payment.

Working with Michael Banton was a joy. Knowledgeable. Sincere. Honest. Caring. How often can you put those words together about a car salesman. As long as there is air in his body and mine and he is still employed there, I will only buy from him in the future.
