Germain Nissan of Columbus

I just bought a used 06 Nissan Maxima. I went to Alan Friedman at Germain Nissan because my fiance had told me to go there. My fiance has bought 2 cars from Alan in the past and all he had talked about was how good of service and experience he had there. I went to look at cars and had no idea what kind of car I wanted. Alan worked with my budget and he was able to find the perfect car for me. At first it was a little over my budget but he worked with me and I was able to get the Maxima. this was a definite upgrade from my previous car and I never thought I could find a car like this for the price. I had to sleep on it, and Alan was very good with keeping in touch with me. I then went back in the next night and after several hours of trying to work out my credit situation, Alan was very nice and worked with us! I absolutely love my car and love driving it. The next time I am looking for a car, I will be going back to Alan.

My wife and I went to this Nissan dealer to look at cars to lease. Alan let us test drive a Nissan Sentra. We were just finishing our lease on our Honda Civic. When we were talking to Alan, the price range along with deposit was a little higher than we could afford each month. Alan worked with us on getting the price to the place we could afford and also asked the management to take a hundred off of the deposit which was actually the 1st month's rental. We were very pleased with everyone working to help our budget. And, we are very excited about our Sentra. We love the color and brand. The entire process was handled quickly and we are very pleased with our visit to Nissan. Everything was handled very top notched. Thank you!

The dealership looks and acts very professional and friendly from the receptionst, to Alan Friedman to the finance guy and the other employees. Through our many trial drives on the pathfinder and the Rogue we were not rushed or pushed to make a decision but infromed on each vehicle that hepled in our decision to buy a 2014 Rogue. While we shopped the deal to other dealers in columbus, in the end Alan helped to broker the best deal. The transaction went very smooth to the agreed upon price throgh closing. Alan spent a a good amount of time explanning how the Rogue worked with all its refined electronics etc. This is the second nissan purchased through Germain and worked with Alan on both and always a very smooth and professional experience. Also went with my daughter Jen to Germian again working with Alan another good experience. There must be a reson why we continue to go back to Alan Friedman to work the car deal that we will be happy with. I have just recently purchased a used 08 Nissan Altima from Alan Friedman and I absolutely love the car! This in fact is the 2nd car in which I have purchased from Alan and I have had a great experience in both instances. Alan is very easy to talk with and was very good with communication on getting back and forth to me about the cars I was interested in at the time. I am not an easy person to always get along with when I am buying a car because obviously I want to feel that I got a deal. Alan has worked with me and made me a very happy car owner in both situations. In fact I have referred 2 or 3 friends and family to see him in which they have also bought cars from him. He is a very happy guy and I know even when I show up for an oil change or a car wash Alan is like a friend and talks with me which I have never had at any other dealerships! I look forward to buying an SUV here in the near future as a family vehicle and I will only go see Alan and know I will get great customer service and a good deal! Thanks.

Germain Nissan has exceptional customer service. They are there to help you with anything and everything you need. What I like best is there is no pressure to purchase. Lauren was absolutely amazing! I purchased my car during a sleet storm and the roads outside were horrible. Lauren offered to come in the next day, her scheduled day off, to let me pick my car up when the weather was more suitable. She had great customer service skills, was very knowledgable about the products, and was genuine and honest with me. I would advise anyone looking to purchase a Nissan vehicle to ask for her!

I have leased or brought my last 5 or 6 cars from Germain Nissan and each time I have dealt with Alan Friedman. I will not go anywhere else to purchase my cars. Each time I came there I had a different goal and each time Alan knew what I needed and he got me to my goal. I like the Nissan product and just recently purchased a 2013 Murano from Alan.

First time going to this dealership and ended up getting a new vehicle from them. It was one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership. Not the typical dealership I had come to expect both in terms of atmosphere and people - everything was very pleasant. I really liked the guy who helped us select the vehicle, Alan. He was fantastic guy, and if it wasn't for his patience and attention, we probably would not have got the car. He explained everything very well to us and gave us good information on purchasing our first all-electric vehicle. The other people we dealt with at dealership Brandon, Sarah, and Adam were all great, too. Overall, it was very easy for us to get a new vehicle from them, and I would recommend them to others.

I love this dealership and my salesman, Alan Friedman. This is my third Nissan Altima that I have leased from this dealership and Alan Friedman. Alan is always very helpful, courteous and patient. He never pushes me and I really appreciate that. I may be moving to Florida, but plan on coming back to Columbus, OH to trade my Altima with Alan Friedman. I also go there for service for my car and they are wonderful.

My experience with Germain Nissan of Columbus was pure pleasure. Two staff members in particular were so helpful. Lauren Kuhn the sales associate and Jeremy Ross the Sales manager were so professional. They carefully pointed out the newest features of the 2014 Altima. I leased one in 2008 and also in 2011 from this dealership. They dealership has always been great but these two sales people are outstanding. The process of leasing was explained and al the paperwork was easily and professionally gotten through. My new Altima was absolutely pristine as I drove it away. What a wonderful experience.
