AutoNation - the place for Service!

We have been bringing all our Ford cars to Autonation since 2005. Our first Service Manager was Mr Smiley - who's was EXCEPTIONAL! But alas, Mr Smiley retired, and I thought who will take care of me a my 2006 Mustang? Well, Mr Lee has stepped into some mighty big shoes and well - WOW! I brought my 2020 Ford Expedition to be serviced right after SNOWMAGGEDON 2021, and the service department even washed my car removing the dirt and salt from the snow when they finished the oil change and maintenance!!!! THANK YOU, Mr Lee!!!

Lee at Auto Nation Ford--Great job!!

I took my Ford F-150 in several months ago for an oil change and a part replacement (Gas cap door). Lee kept me up to date on the part as it had to be ordered, however, I needed to get my truck back after several days. Lee was completely understanding. Fast forward several months later. I took my truck in for another oil change and Lee still had the part waiting to be installed!! He is upbeat, positive, and honest!!

The ?works? service on my 2013 Mustang

Joey got me in and out as advertised. The works included oil service, tire rotation and balance, levels checks. I was pleased with the service!

Service Review

Going to the dealer for repairs used to take forever and cost an arm and a leg. AutoiNation seems to have streamlined the procedure, but the best part was the friendly and helpful attitude of the PEOPLE! Keep it up!

Service Department is broken

Instead of letting my vehicle sit unused waiting for a Service Manager to look at it for days and days.... why not schedule to call your customers and let them know when they can bring their vehicle in to be looked at by a service manager. When I called for an update... they didn't know when it would be looked at because they are understaffed. I'm not talking about getting worked on... I'm talking about getting looked at.... I shouldn't have to leave my pickup at Autonation for a week just to get looked at so I can get a quote and then schedule repairs. What am I supposed to do... leave my truck at your dealership until at some unspecified time in the future a service manage will finally look at it and determine if the broken piece of sunroof in my hand warrants ordering a part so I can then wait while parts are ordered? So, Nobody ever looked at it. I never got the oil changed. I never got the tires rotated. I never got the breaks looked at. The drivers side defrost doesn't work and the sunroof is broken and can't be used. And for all this my wife and I spent time scheduling when to bring it in so I can be dropped off and go without my vehicle for a week so Autonation could store it in their parking lot and not even look at it.

AutoNation Ford Wolfchase gives the best service

I have been coming to Ford Wolfchase for many years. Jacob Humphrey takes good care of my Escape. I was there recently for an oil change and regular maintenance. He took care of everything quickly. Great job, Jacob!

Plain and simple, if I wanted to get ghosted by someone I would have reactivated my bumble account. Car salesman are generally up your xxx to get your business and the one time I find the car that I know I want, I can’t get a call back. What’s the point of calling back a customer who emailed, called, and live chatted in about wanting to purchase a car? As someone who works in sales, I know it’s an absolute grind, but if I had someone ready to give me business they would have my full attention and I wouldn’t call it a day until I knew I left them feeling satisfied with the level service I provided. I called in at 10:40am to inquire about the car I wanted, was told I would get an out the door price email within minutes. That was partly true as I received that 40 minutes later. All looked good to me so I called Stephon’s direct line within minutes of getting his email as I had a few more questions before moving forward with the purchase. I got his voicemail and left him one then proceeded to send a follow up email asking for him to give me a call. An hour and forty minutes went by and it was straight silence of the lambs. I called back to the sales main number and spoke with a different salesman who answered one of my questions, but then as I got prepared to ask a second question he said, “I see you are working with Stephon, let me transfer you to the secretary who will connect you with him.” I spoke with the delightful secretary who transferred me to Stephon’s line and do you think I got a hold of him? You are correct!! I absolutely did not get a hold of him!! For those who have seen the movie The Invisible Man, they should rename that movie after Stephon. I decided to live chat on the website into customer service to get my last question answered and pass along my contact information again so I could get a xxxx call back. Another hour and a half went by and I heard nothing so I called back to the sales main line and BOOMM Stephon answered, told him it was me and I would like to move forward, but since I’m out of state I asked if I could put a deposit down and come in tomorrow? Of course he didn’t know the answer, so he told me he would check with his manager and get back to me. Part of me believed he would get back to me as I’m literally ready to give my credit card and put a deposit down on the car. Three or so more hours went by and did I get an email or call back?? CORRECT AGAIN. I did not!!! I guess if you don’t show up to this dealership then you have no shot of purchasing a car from this place that supposedly calls them a dealership. I trust my x-wife to call me back before anybody that works at this joke of a place. Please don’t waste your time and take your business somewhere that it’s valued.
