Threatened with arrest
After talking with a salesman 2 times I went to autonation wolfchase Memphis Tn. I decided to purchase this 2020 Ford truck,I drove 55 miles when I arrived it was about an hour before they opened at noon on sunday.My wife and I walked onto the lot, after about 2 minutes someone came on the loud speaker stating we had to leave or be arrested this went on until we left. We are both in our sixties,it was clear we weren't xxxxx looking to do anything wrong. I can't believe autonation would threat customers so rudely. There are plenty of ford dealers you should never go to autonation wolfchase unless you want to be treated like xxxxx.

SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND
Service Manager Jacob Humphrey provided exemplary service for my 2017 F-250 FTX, It had several recalls, required the 30,000 mile service, new wipers and I was on a tight work schedule, He managed to get my vehicle completed in a little over a day!!

Bait and Switch
After selecting the specific car online, reserving it AND calling the store to verify it, when I got there the car wasn't available because it was selected to become a loaner car. And of course there were no other of that model for that price or color.
