Engine Oil Changed

Thanks for a job well done. On Monday, February 17,2020, I called Mr. Gault about my Change Engine Oil soon notice on my vehicle. He immediately scheduled my appointment for Wednesday, February 19,2020 at 10:45 am. My engine oil was changed, tires rotated and checked, a new fob battery was installed and my vehicle was washed. Please continue your high standard of excellence.

Service Visit Review

My service Rep (Lee) was awesome. Made an appointment and received the car back early. He notified me that i had a couple of recall items on my truck. He ordered the parts and will call me when they come in to schedule the work. This was my first visit to this dealership and I came because of the high quality of service Lee gave one of my co-workers.

Dishonest crooks

With only 65k miles we were told our car needed a new engine due to a defect in their product which caused antifreeze to leak into the motor. If it was a know defect, why would a customer be liable to pay the $7k cost of a new motor? After months of arguing, they agreed to pay part of the cost and promised they would pay more after we fixed it. We paid $3k with the promise they would have a refund coming to us. They LIED and won?t give us a refund. I will never do business again with these crooks. This escalated through the service department, general manager, regional management and national customer service. It was the service department and regional manager that went back on there word. I was a fool for trusting them. They are a bunch of Dishonest crooks! Oh and the car has been back in the shop 3 times since December due to their faulty work on the engine replacement.

Sale of my car.

I owned a Ford Taurus SHO which was low milage and in excellent condition which I decided to sell. they made fair and competitive offer. I delivered the car and within a short period of time I left with check in hand. The transaction was easy and required very little time and was handled professionally. Great dealership.
