I had an oil change, tire rotation, carbon flush from fuel system and brake fluid change. All of this was done within a very reasonable time. Overall, it was a very good experience to get all this work completed. My service rep kept me informed all through the process.

Service Autonation
Had my vehicle for over a month to replace the transmission. I had to repeatedly call just to get an update on the status of my vehicle and they took two weeks to even look at my vehicle. When needing to change from a rental vehicle to a loaner I had to take the initiative to set it up as I couldn?t get a call from the service department when they advised they would be calling. The facilities and repairs were great but I wasn?t overly impressed with the levels of customer service. I understand being backed up and things taking a while but not getting a call for 3 weeks or any status updates made me think they had forgotten about me. I felt I had to call to make sure my vehicle didn?t get lost in the shuffle.

Extremely irate!
If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I am beyond frustrated and irate! I have had my car serviced so many times and have had nothing but issue after issue with this thing! I’m sick of paying you a service charge for you to fix absolutely nothing! I’m still getting the same error codes plus some! You sold me a piece of crap! I have had this thing for about 2 years now and have had so many problems!!!!!! I will never purchase from you again! I need to have this resolved ASAP! I am done playing these games I’ve already filed a complaint with the bbb and am absolutely prepared to go to the media and my lawyer at this point. This is inexcusable to say the least! I have four small children that have to ride in this death trap everyday! Not to mention I’m not made of xxxx money! I need a resolution like now seriously and not the same xxxx bs you feed me everytime I come in there. I’m done being nice!

The works oil change
Went for the works oil change and was disappointed. Obviously the tire rotation did not happen when I went to get it off the lot the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat were still there. Went to drive off and got a hood latch warning. My hood was not latched down. I wonder if the oil change happened. This after they had my truck for 4 1/2 hours.
