WORST EXPERIENCE in my LIFE
After let them know for more than 3 times in about one year period of time about the HIGH OIL consumption problem on this truck 2018 F150, went there and the service manager just said, " please continue checking the oil level, is all we can do, sorry". Between Ford representative and Auto Nation played a game with me to avoid the buyback process I'm requesting. I'm tired to have rude conversations with Autonation Service and General Managers and with Ford representative too. Shame on them that are only to take my money for their benefit and not taking any responsability over a defective product they sold to me for a good amount of money. What to do?
