Poor service
I came in to the service department and wanted to get a oil change first on my new ford. I was told that it would be 4 hour wait. I chose to make an appointment instead of waiting. Appointment made I left when I returned for my appointment I was again told it would be a 3 hr. Wait unacceptable they were very quick to remind me of my appointment but failed to remind themselves. They said I could reschedule. Why!!!!!!

Recall for Seatbelts 2018 F150
Overall, I had a good experience with getting my recall done at Autonation Wolfchase. My salesman ensured I had a rental lined up so I could go back to work. The recall ended up being done same day. Mr. Lee, on of the service advisories was very attentive and technically competent. He was also customer focused. Very good experience.

F150 Satisfied Customer
I had a great experience at Autonation. I walked the lot where I wasn’t bothered and when I reached the main building i was quickly greeted. As a walk in, I was treated very nice. Gary Black was my salesman. He was different than most cars salesmen I met. He actually listened to me and understood what I was looking for. I had already done some homework prior to coming in, which I knew what were the prices on the models and features. Upon the test drive, Gary was able to take me through all the technology of the truck. It was nice to have a technically competent salesman without being a know it all. While driving the start stop technology on the F150 didn’t work as described. Gary ensured that this was figured out and working. As a maintenance guy myself, I was impressed with This dealership and way they handled this situation. I was very transparent with Gary and the manager was very transparent with me on our negotiation. No haggling required. I appreciate the GM at this location. He was very down to earth , very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Gary Black and Autonation Ford as a first rate dealership experience. Rick

The whole team at Auto Nation FORD Wolfchase in Memphis Tennessee is awesome. My sales rep, Jim Calhoun was very thorough. Sales manager Lestzler Taylor was very helpful and informative and courteous. The two finance managers Matt Montgomery and Mr Morrison (Mo) steered me in the right directions re:the 0% financing and the premium warranty I wanted. This warranty HAD to cover bumper to bumper 8yr/150,000 miles. This is the first SUV Ive purchased in quite awhile that has the electronic options/wireless etc. I would not have been able to get this vehicle without guidance. I live in Brentwood/Nashville TN and drove to Memphis to buy and negotiate this SUV!

My 2013 Edge Buying Experience
My mom found what was soon to be my new 2013 Ford Edge on the AutoNation’s website. I put in for a request to be contacted and in no time, my salesperson, Roger Craig had me on the phone. We met shortly and he was absolutely wonderful. The deal was made without a hitch. I traded in my old vehicle and life is good. I feel I got a fair deal and a great and dependable crossover for my family and me. I would recommend AutoNation to everyone.
