Outstanding Service

Had warranty and normal service performed on 2015 Explorer. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, Would highly recommend purchasing and servicing a vehicle from this dealership.

Horrible customer service

Tried to intimidate first time buyers into settling for vehicle they didn’t want. Shannon Bartlett, “manager” refused to help and refused return of down payment

Ford Mustang

They sold me a convertible with a none working top and wouldn’t happy for it to get fixed they rather me trade in for something I don’t want

Let me start by saying your survey expectations for a 5 star rating is disrespectful to the customers and your employees. When a customer pays for a service by a professional the services has its own standards. When you pounce on the customer in less than two days after the service there has been no time at all for the customer to from any opinion of the service except that the expected service was done. Example: an OIL CHANGE. I cannot see the oil, but assume it is there as the vehicle is running and the dashboard gage shows the right amount of pressure. However, all of that was true when I put it in for service. I expect the right type and quality of oil was used but I did not see the brand or type of oil. I assume it was the right ones. I did not see the service man work on the vehicle so I cannot report on his abilities or the performance of his work. I have no knowledge that he went out of his way to use a higher brand of oil or other supplies than required to complete the service. I do not know if he found any problems out of the ordinary and fixed it at no extra charge. Therefore he must have preformed standard work as expected and deserves a standard 3 star rating. So far the service preformed has not shown any improvement in running ability or increased gas mileage that I as a customer can heap praises on to deserve a $250 bill for the unviewed and unknown backroom services. The only real complaint I can have at this time is your survey procedures and expectations are disrespectful to both the customer and the serviceman.

Why did I visit this dealer? You don't have the reason below but it is because I got a text message from Kyle wanting to buy my car! I thought, hey why not check it out! I walked out last Friday with a beautiful new car that I love driving!
