2009 Ranger air bag recall

I made an appointment at the Wolfchase location to have the recall part installed. The customer service agent was very courteous. The waiting area was top-line, with various amenities to tide you over while the repair was being made. Nice. Twenty minutes after arriving I was informed they had given my part to someone else and would have to order another. It would be a few days. It has been a month. Never heard back from the dealership.

Barbara in service ,got my recall right side airbag installed, like she said.The wait was about 2.5 hrs, I was there at about lunch, and the tech that could do job had been to the doc. I did see most of the working employees on personal phones while I was there. This would not work if they worked for me.

I bought a Lincoln from this dealership. I bought a service plan. Sales was a great experience. Service is pitiful. I would not buy another vehicle because of service.
