Good, Quick Experience
Recently purchased a new F150 FX2 from AutoNation. Price was fair. Trade in for my old truck was fair. Paperwork was ready to be signed when I arrived. Kevin Cranford was my salesman, and did a great job. I recommend asking for him.

New 2015 Ruby Red Taurus
Several months ago I went to Autonation Wolfchase to get a part for my 2006 Ford Five Hundred and Rick Barrom met me at the door, escorted me to the parts department and went back out to my car to get my VIN number. He told me if I decided to purchase a new vehicle, please call him and he gave me his business card. I made a decision to purchase the middle of November and looked at several different makes and models. I called Rick and let him know what I was looking for in the new Taurus. I test drove a black one and was pleased with the accessories but I wanted a red one. He was able to locate a Ruby Red with black leather interior, moon roof and spoiler. He walked me through the process and was very helpful. I called him several times with questions and he answered them promptly. I am extremely pleased with my new car and look forward to driving it for many years.

Went in to buy a F-150, left the dealership very satisfied. Mike our salesman was helpful and upfront. No beating around the bush, straight to the point dealing. Wish we could have gotten a little more for my trade, but was happy with the negotiations. Staff was very helpful as well. Will be buying our next car from Autonation Ford Wolfchase!!!

Sucked!
The salesman (Jim Calhoun) called me on the phone and we agreed a time I would go by and look at the vehicle. I arrived on time (3hrs after the call). The salesman remembered my name but not what vehicle I wanted to see. After trying to get me to look at a number of similar, more expensive vehicles he went back into the office to try and locate the actual one I was interested in. A full 5 minutes later he came back out and said it had been moved to another facility. Why didn't he tell me that up front on the phone and not waste my time?

Would not recommend
I wanted a 2012 Ford escape. I was referred to this dealership through a family member that I think very highly of. I was not happy with my purchase at first but I am satisfied with my Escape now, However I would never do business with this dealer again. Do not get me wrong there are a lot of very nice people here but watch your back and do not expect things to really get done And ALWAYS get everything in writing!! I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a female.

Had BEST salesman ever !
We looked at several places before coming to Auto Nation. Once we talked with Kevin (Cranford) that was it, we could not buy from anyone else or anywhere else, unless Kevin changes dealerships..
