Great Experience buying a new car. My salesman was Rick Barrom and he was great. Very patient with me and my wife. Bought a 2014 Focus for my son to drive to college. Great car, great price and great service from our salesman.

Bought my 2014 stx crew cab 4x4 at Autonation Ford Lincoln Wolfchase. My salesman Michael Murrell went the extra mile for me, I pull a Horse trailer and wanted the factory brake controller, my truck didn't have one installed. Mike made sure one was installed, I would highly recommend Michael Murrell and Autonation Ford Lincoln @ Wolfchase.

I think Kevin was the best sale person ever. He made sure we understood everything. The finance department was fast & made should he explained everything.

I have made four purchases at AutoNation Ford Wolfchase. Wolfchase Ford is the first place I look and usually the only place I look for vehicles. Mike Murrell and Don Lewis were a great help. We were considering the purchase of a crossover ? not sure what we really wanted. We visited several dealerships and had our selected narrowed down to three: Escape, Mazda, and the Honda. We talked to Alan Muntz several time, he is a very patient man ? as we were in the dealership every day for a week. Alan was willing to do everything he could to help us select the vehicle that best suits our needs. We told Alan what we would like on the vehicle, of course my ?wants? were different than my husbands ?wants?. Alan offered to let us take an Escape for the day to see if we liked it. I contacted Alan the next day and told him I liked the Escape however I wanted to drive the Honda. When I brought the Escape back ? there was a Honda waiting on me to take for a day. After seeing the Honda and Escape side by side I crossed the Honda off of the list of possible vehicles. We were still torn between the Escape and Mazda. On Saturday, we went to talk to the Mazda dealer and they made an offer. My husband and I went to lunch and discussed the differences between the two vehicles and decided we were going to go to talk to Alan once again. We arrived at the dealership and told Alan we were really torn, he asked the Sales Manager to talk to all of us. The sales manager looked over the numbers and made a few adjustments to the bottom line. The Sales Manager located the exact Escape we wanted ? the deal was sealed. Our Escape had to be brought in from an dealer ? We were provided a demo Escape to drive until our new Escape was delivered. Customer Service at its FINEST! Alan is the best ? not pushy ? very patient!

These guys were kind, understanding of our needs, patient, and most of all did everything possible to get us into a new car. Herman Rogers is the man to go to when you want a new car! Always been a Chevy man myself but with service like this it might be hard to beat a Ford.

Overall a pretty good experience. The internet Sales Manager, Michael Murrell was very quick to respond and gave me no run around. I was looking for one car, he had it and made sure I got it. Just what my wife wanted. It was a 3 hour drive from my house to the dealership, so he got right to business giving me the car tour and showing me all it had. He's very personable and I'd recommend you start with him. He started upfront with the bottom line. The guy who did the final paperwork was also great. He gave the standard sales pitch for the extras, but wasn't pushy about them. I was very happy about that. So why did I give 4 stars to the buying process? The little guy from finance came out and tried to tell me they gave me the wrong price the first time. After a little back and forth, I got it for pretty close to the first discussed price. Bottom line is it's a pretty good dealership and see Michael, he'll do his best to take care of you.

I love my new Ford Fiesta! It has many great features. One of the main things is gas mileage. I can go everywhere and still have gas left! The car is beautiful and I will enjoy it for many years. Thank you, Ford, for designing this car for folks who have to watch where every penny of our income goes.
