This dealership was much better than I ever expected. I was met with my dealer as soon as I appeared. We didn't argue at all over the price for the car. He even helped me find a discount on it (which shocked me). The advisor there didn't act "above me at all", he just told me the price and helped me with financing. Even as I was to receive the car, the salesman (Noel Penouilh), continued to help me learn more about my new car.

Extremely friendly staff, from the receptionist, other sales staff (not directly involved with me), to the finance officer, the sales manager, general manager, and of course Curt Kobler, who I was fortunate enough to have as my sales rep. What started as a simple outing to a dealership I had never been to before, to "brouse," ended up as a new addition to our homes garage, in the form of a new MKX. Amazingly, I never once felt pressured by anyone, a first for me since purchasing my first car thirty three years ago. As for my new MKX, awesome! But then again, this is my third Lincoln since 1998. We still drive that Mountaineer. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our 2008 MKX, we our ecstatic with our new one. Would I recommend Dobb's? Absolutely. And if you do go there, ask for Curt, and tell him Alex and Sonia said hello and thanks.

I recently purchased a Ford Focus from Dobbs Ford - Terry Schultz was the salesman who sold me my car. I found him to be very, very, knowledgeable, patient, no pressure & gave me what I feel was his honest opinion about not only the Ford Focus but other Fords as well. I had a most pleasant experience purchasing my car. Thank you Terry. The facilities were clean and tidy as well. Other personnel in the showroom were not overly friendly, but that was fine w/me as it showed they were not pushy or had that "fake" friendlyness that other car dealers have. I shopped around at several dealerships before I decided on Dobbs Ford and the Ford Focus.

The purchase experience with Hayne Ozier was excellent. He was attentive, determined to help get us the best deal, he had to find my new Escape because the one I picked out over the weekend was sold before I returned Monday. When I returned the Escape to be detailed the following Saturday, it was absolutely spotless when I picked it up. Of course, those are the reason we returned to Dobb's Ford to purchase our new vehicle. We are repeat customers and Hayne as well as the others are always the best!!

When my husband and I were looking to purchase a new car, we looked at several dealerships and eventually chose Dobbs Ford and Lincoln on Wolfchase. After finding the car we wanted we requested a price quite online from Dobbs and were very pleased at the quick response from the dealer. The staff was very attentive and the financial department worked very hard to get is the price per month we were looking for. All in all its been a very good experience dealing with Dobbs and I would say that in the future we would highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends, when they need to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Do not buy from this Dealership. The people are just old fashion crooks. Warranty work is a ripp off. My tires are bouncing like xxxxx and these jokers never fixed my tires correctly. I am not a single woman but I beleive this guys would ripp women off without batting an eye..
