Do not buy from this Dealership. The people are just old...

Do not buy from this Dealership. The people are just old fashion crooks. Warranty work is a ripp off. My tires are bouncing like xxxxx and these jokers never fixed my tires correctly. I am not a single woman but I beleive this guys would ripp women off without batting an eye..

CNN reports car issues are the worst in the Nation

Do not buy from these people . If you have an issue they will ignore you in hopes you go away!!! Save yourself some grief. AutoNation the parent company supports these crooks... I love to give companies good reviews but sorry to say . If I give these a guys good review I would be lying!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!

Service after the Sales AutoNation - Dobbs

Do not buy from these people. Serve after the sales is terrible. The sixty day warranty is a joke. The brakes on the vehicle I purchased are faulty. But they keep telling us the brakes are fine. As a consumer I feel these folks will not treat you right. They talk nice but have no intentions of treating you correctly. AutoNation is the parent company. Now I have no choice but to turn to outside sources to help us.

I am giving this rating for this dealership is because they were friendly, they identified what I needed and gave me more than I could have ever hoped for. Now, Mr. Noel Penouilh worked really well with me. When I first came in about a month ago, we struck out. But Noel told me that he would contact me if they had something to come in. You know that when someone tells you that, you're thinking you are not going to hear from them again. Weeks later, Noel emailed about some cars and had me come in that Saturday and when I left I had a vehicle, not only something that I wanted and loved but something that was economically satisifying to me. He really worked hard to make sure that I didn't get anything less that what I wanted. For that, I am eternally grateful. Also, like I said before..everyone at the dealership really work together well and help each other. Thank you, Noel and thank you Dobbs Ford Lincoln Mercury at Wolfchase.

Curt is awesome. We found a great small pickup at Dobbs...

Curt is awesome. We found a great small pickup at Dobbs for my daughter's first vehicle and fell in love with it. Curt made us feel completely at ease and worked out everything for us. We spent less than an hour to make the deal and secure the financing. It was great! I would recommend Dobbs Ford every time. Thanks to Mo as well as he was great at setting up the financing we needed. Thanks guys!

Great group to work with. Honest, no games, very friendly, best experience we had when looking for a pre owned car for our daughter. She loves the car and it looks and runs great.

Great experience. I did a lot of research before visiting a dealership and fortunately decided to stop by Dobbs Ford one evening. I appreciate Curt's effort to get me the car I wanted.

Russ outright lied about the condition of a truck. Rodney...

Russ outright lied about the condition of a truck. Rodney tried to sell me a truck that had already been sold. Quoted me a price and took it for a test drive. I made arrangements for the cash and insurance right there in front of the salesman. Then I was told someone else was working on it but I may be able to still get it. If the other buyer did not show up at 5:30. If there was a contract on the truck. The salesman should not have shown me the truck and quoted me a price. If there was not a contract. He should have sold it to me then and there. The general manager said "Tough"! He did not care.
