Experience was great except for the amount of time it

Experience was great except for the amount of time it took from test drive and completion. 4 hours is just too long to complete the process. It would be nice to streamline the process better. Having more inventory would be better.

Took me car in for an oil change, they completely screwed

Took me car in for an oil change, they completely screwed up. When I get on the highway now, my steering wheel shakes, pretty sad for a dealership

Oil was changed and problems were corrected in a timely manner. The service department personal ( Ann Smith) was courteous and polite. She listened to me and understood my needs.

Problems with oil changes.

Problems with oil changes. They do not put in the right oil and filter requested. Do not always fill it completely full of oil. These same problems happen over and over so we are unsatisfied customers and will not return.

Several items were “checked” by the dealership inspection

Several items were “checked” by the dealership inspection and marked as “passed but ended up needing repairs. When I called the dealership to talk about it I was told that they would not be making any repairs and if I needed repairs or service I would need to take it somewhere else. This seems like a shady business practice as they seem to be hiding problems with their used cars.
