Tom Bush Regency Mazda V.W.

This is my 3rd purchase from Tom Bush and my first from VW. I absolutely enjoyed the experience! We had Kenny Loh as our salesman and from the moment I put in the inquiry to the moment we had the keys in our hands everything went smoothly. He was friendly and treated us like family. I highly recommend any of the Tom Bush Dealerships to anyone looking to get a great deal on a new or used car. Brittany was our finance manager and she was absolutely stellar as well! We made an appointment to look at two certified X3’s last Thursday morning. After landing on one, we were told the only person that could give us a hard number on our trade was in an 11 am meeting along with most other sales staff! We waited until 12:30 and still no sign of him. The one thing I despise doing is hanging out at an auto dealership all day. It should be a real simple program and if you make the deal happen then let’s sign and get it done. If not, shake hands and be friends. Very poor way to do business, especially with a BMW dealership!

My experience was perfect! I've bought a lot of cars and this sale topped them all. My salesman, Kenny, handled everything over the phone & was ready when I arrived. He took the time to teach me tips & tricks for my new Atlas. The finance manager, Craig, was very patient and effecient. The kids even left with goodies :-) Well worth the 2 hour drive!!!

My husband and I had a short time frame to get this car as we were being moved to Buffalo New York within a week. Steve was able to get us a car and everything done within a couple of days. If we ever move back to Florida we will definitely return to Tom Bush Mazda to buy our next vehicle.
