Excellent customer service

Allen has been very helpful during our visit. He have us all the information that we need. They offered us wheel alignment needed however it was necessary. Allen was able to explain why it’s not anymore needed.

THE NUMBER 1 VW dealership in town!! Kudos to you!

Great experience all around. Pleasant dealing with my salesperson Todd. The manager Jim Reynolds and Finance manager Billy. The entire VW dealership is run efficiently and very customer friendly. Also loved the coffee bar and snacks!!!

Excellent Service Allen!

I’m from out of town, had an issue with the key fob on my 2021 Atlas. Service Manager Allen took care of the issue, was responsive, courteous and professional. Everything was satisfaction including the extra care of washing and vacuuming the car, nice touch and much appreciated!

Convenient and accommodating. Clean, refreshing

Excellent Service Experience from Tom Bush VW, Fla

Allen was my service agent. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. I also appreciate the service department manager for assigning Allen to my service. My service person before Allen was abrupt and not very helpful. I considered moving my service to another dealership but am glad now that I did not.

They Have Their Own Rating System

Had my 2018 Jetta serviced and was told I had a faulty ignition switch. So they ordered it and told me it was on back order. It was over a month and I havent heard anything. Had my car diagnosed and it passed. Now I called and wanted my money back, but they gave me endless loops of waiting times and directed me to different departments. Very unprofessional.

Excellent deal

Salesman Lance was friendly, helpful, knowledge, and professional. Price on used car was exceptional. Used car facilities are poor and need upgrading. New car facilities are very nice. Buying process was very lengthy and involved a great deal of waiting. Would buy here again.
