Very happy with the service most of the time. This time I requested my cab filter to be replaced but it didn’t get done. I was also supposed to receive a email on a service to get better fuel mileage that I never received. So that Is why no 5 star.

I could not be more pleased with the exceptional customer service by Mike Polsky!! My 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Ecodiesel burned to a crisp and Mike had someone pick us up and bring us to the dealership where he put us in a new truck to drive!! We ordered a new truck and Mike helped us greatly through that process! My last 3 pickups have been Rams but because of Mike I am now a Ford Truck Man!
