I had a pleasant buying experience at Bob Tyler Toyota this morning. The salesman Andy Chambers was very outgoing,friendly , and hospitable. I am not a tech savvy person, so when They took extra time to go over some of the technology it put my mind at ease.

Courteous staff added pleasure to my new Tacoma. The transaction was quick and smooth from beginning to end. The sales representative, Roch, treated me with respect and explained everything clearly. I feel like I gained a good relationship with this dealership.

This dealership was great! All the associates were friendly and hospitable. JoAlex was our car salesman. He went above and beyond to find us a car and an amazing car deal. We told him what we were looking for and he didnt try to offer anything that we were not. He was not offended when my wife and I refused a car he showed us and didnt mind showing us several other ones. He truly wanted us to get a good car at a great price (4000 off retail price).
