Great experience purchasing with Craig, no pressure, he

Great experience purchasing with Craig, no pressure, he has a kind, considerate manner. Everyone there was concerned about what we wanted and our comfort level on how the transaction was handled. We drove away in our new SUV very happy. Exceptional service! We would definitely recommend the team at Findlay Honda in Flagstaff.

Both sales & service at this dealership are exceptional.

Both sales & service at this dealership are exceptional. We really liked our Honda dealer in Tacoma, WA but these guys really moved the bar up for us! We have purchased 3 Honda's here and we get them serviced here exclusively. The General Manager, Jacob Lundie sets a tone for the whole dealership. I cannot say enough positive about him. In service & parts, you will enjoy the Service Director Jonathan Begay. Ian Taylor in Financing is also efficient and friendly. I also want to mention Dylan Andrews, Lynn Selby, Mikyla Beck, Andy Anderson, and Tyler Blahnik. All have impressed us over & over.I used to abhor car shopping, but these guys treat us like family!

I had an excellent experience with Tyler and Dylan. No pushing or hiding information. Explanation was clear, questioned were answered, paperwork was done swiftly and professionally, and I am very happy with my car. I thought that you'd like to know that we named our Brand

I thought that you'd like to know that we named our Brand New 2023 Honda PILOT SPORT: LUNA! We named her LUNA because all the Astronomical Bodies had to be aligned when we came to your Honda Dealership on Tuesday: right car, right price, right color, right trade in value, and available to drive off the lot the same day! And the white paint on the car has Sparkles in it ('tis the stars 🌟 no doubt!) So —- the Moon was in the Fourth House and Jupiter aligned with Mars! YAY! Thank you to each of you - for making this purchase such a Joy! We're loving our new Car!
