It’s a crazy, hectic place. They sell cars like crazy. They actually listen to your price range and they don’t hide any costs. No arguments over warranties or financing. Also, free inspections for the life of your vehicle. Beats the high pressure places!

I have delt with Bob Ruth Ford on a number of occasions,
I have delt with Bob Ruth Ford on a number of occasions, But when it comes to get Dam warranty refund back from you, it's Worse then getting a tooth pulling. It takes forever and to-date I Still Don't Have It. I have made a number of phone calls and all I get is the guy that handles this an Never get a call back. I am quit passed about this. So I want this issue resolved Now!!!!!

We were looking to purchase a car for our son and found some nice cars in Bob Ruth's inventory. We went there and met with Dave Galaspy. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in seeing and was so very helpful with any questions we had, etc. We purchased a vehicle that same day and our experience with Dave and Bob Ruth Ford was wonderful from start to finish!

Searched for a long time for a Ford F-150 and found what
Searched for a long time for a Ford F-150 and found what we were looking for at Bob Ruth. Going in on a Saturday may have been a bad idea, they were very busy and were juggling multiple customers. However, if you know that going in and are patient, it's worth the wait. Levi Winters showed me two models. Test drove the one I settled on and made the deal. He appraised my trade-in sight un-seen. The process was effortless, no games. All in all it was a great experience. I didn't work with any other sales person, but if I go back I would ask for Levi again.

Very Shady, As I was on the phone with Insurance they
Very Shady, As I was on the phone with Insurance they discussed all financing and warranties with my fiancé. She asked them to wait and they continued to show her options and she felt pressured and rushed and ultimately added it. It was $3500 extra in coverages that we did not need or want. They told her it would add an extra $20 a month to the payment. It added $45 a month. Very shady slimy dealership
