I purchased a 2014 Ford Edge as is.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Edge as is. I agreed to pay for them to repair what was wrong with the car before purchase. I was handed a list of everything that was wrong. Took them a week to fix everything. When I picked up the car and drove it home, I turned on the air conditioning and it was working on the passenger but the driver's side was blowing hot air. So the air and heat were on at the same time. I can't believe that the service tech that checked out this car did not see this problem. After paying $2000 for repairs, I am going to have to spend even more money to fix this problem, and depending on the expense, had I known about this, I might have decided not to purchase the car. Had I known about this I would have had it fixed when they were doing all of the other repairs. So now I will have to take it back to the shop. I would say that so far, this has not been a great experience for me. I contacted my sales rep to discuss this and he never returned my call.

I like the drop off service for upkeep maintenance. Scheduling is always easy at thru lane with Ashley my service representative. My vehicle is ready by close of business for pickup. Look forward to extending the life of my Escape

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Dave Galaspy was absolutely wonderful and would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and not pushy at all. I spent hours with him and he made the entire process easy and stress free.

I like that the truck was listed early and because I had a search ser I received it from cars.com and could act swiftly. I put in a request to see if it was available and recieved a reply fairly quickly and then the process just kept going from that point forward. The people were also all very nice and we are satisfied with how everything went with the purchase and trade.

The car I saw online and set up an appointment was taken by the time I got there. I wish the salesman had told me to put down a deposit to hold it until I got there. So I had to take a second choice.

They performed a 30,000 check-up with oil change and tire rotation. I did not realize that our maintenance package would carry over to a different Ford dealer and was very happy to not have to pay anything for the service. They completed everything while we waited.

Bob Ruth Ford Dealership

disappointed in Customer Service from day one. Provided all the necessary info on trade on day one, financing was approved day two... and it took almost 2 weeks to get the car delivered. Car had a very STRONG smoker smell which was brought to the attention of the salesman and he assured us it would be addressed by the detail dept before del. All they did was place de-odorizer packets under the front seats, needless to say the day after the car was del. it stank so bad we had to drive with windows open. We in turn used a carpet / furniture machine on both the floor and seats which took care of the issue.They del. the car to our house, but as of yet no one from the dealership has followed to see if we like the car or to ask if there are any problems. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
