Excellant place to buy a car.

Rather slow service

Awesome to purchase from but again over 2 hours for an oil change. It?s absurd.

Service at Bob Ruth Ford

I am very pleased with the maintenance of my vehicle. I am particulary pleased with Nat Tuckey as my service advisor. I believe that he makes a true effort to ensure that my vehicle is properly maintained. What I don't like is the cramped property of Bob Ruth Ford and the difficulty of maneuvering around the property. My experience dropping of a loaner vehicle did not go particularly well. Trying to guess which way I should go while trying to navigate the obstacle course of vehicles was estremly trying this time. For one thing, I parked on the showroom side because I could not get around the front of the building. A salesperson came out and told me that I had to move the loaner car. I asked, "To where?" and he informed me that it had to go to the service side. His demeanor upset me. If he wanted that vehicle moved so badly, why didn't he offer to move it? I received great customer service from the survice side of Bob Ruth but received absolute derision from the sales side of Bob Ruth. I included this treatment in my Facilities rating. Nat Tuckey and the Bob Ruth service department receive the Customer Service rating.

Bob Ruth Ford Rocks

Excellent service. My second time buying a car from them. They have a buyer for life. They make the car buying process quick and painless. They help you get the best financing rate possible. I came into the dealership pretty late in the day to test drive a car I was interested in. We loved the car and decided to buy it. Several of the staff members stayed late to help us get the deal finished. Not only that but they were happy to do it. I will always buy my cars from them.

My ford Fusion

Great work, so far on the service end. But , felt like I was being pushed into buying a certain vehicle. Even though I wanted an SUV or a pickup. I do like my Fusion but really wanted a pick up!
