Bob Ruth Ford Dillsburg Pennsylvania

The salesman was nice when we showed up but when we were approved he became sort of pushy. We were interested in a car and went for a test drive we were promised that the car would be cleaned and detailed the car was filthy and smelled of smoke we were promised that the smell would be gone after they were done. We decided to buy the car based upon these promises. After we signed paperwork to finalize the sale we were told that the car needed to be placed in the shop for some "small" things that needed to be fixed. A week later we got our car it was still dirty inside and smelled heavily of smoke. Overall we were pretty disappointed with our experience and I don't know that we would recommend anyone shop for a car there.

2004 Ford f150 ...I realize it was a used truck but ..whoever cleaned it did a less than good job ..and as soon as we drove off the lot the check engine light came on and the airbag light as well ...salesman was awesome and the good luck on every page of the paper work is terrible ...that really makes you guys look horrible

Good morning Jamie, Thank you for sharing your feedback with our cars.com review readers. Our vehicles being sold "As-Is" do not receive a full detail like our regular retail units. They are marked and marketed as being sold "As-Is". They do receive a vehicle safety check and those safety checks are provided to the customer before closing and the customer must initial that check out sheet at signing. We know these vehicles aren't for everyone but buyers know before signing just what they are buying. That is why we go overboard with our paperwork concerning these "As-Is" vehicles. Best car buying experience

Damian was the first point of contact. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He made me feel comfortable. Damian took some initial information then set me up with Shelly. Shelly was the BEST salesman. He gathered all my information and got me into an SUV that was better than I expected. The whole process took less than 3 hours. Shelly kept me informed of everything that was going on. While I was there, I was offered refreshments and they also have a food truck there that is NO COST to the customers. The dealership pays the tab. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or quality pre-owned vehicle.

Great car shopping experience

Damian and Jeff were very helpful during this car buying experience. They were friendly yet professional. We will definitely be return customers. Randy had us in and out of his office in 15 minutes to complete the paperwork.

This place is a JOKE seriously don't ever buy from here they are not a garanteed credit approval there just a joke negitave for everything for this dealer!!!!
