Service was completed in a timely manner. Parking lot is very cramped.

It was fast, curtiouse, and the service tech was very informative about upcoming inspection, checked tires etc. Didnt just change oil and send me on my way. Very nice job!

Unnecessary Wasted Time

I was interested in purchasing a used truck listed online from Bob Ruth. I called their internet sales manager the day before I wished to buy it, to ensure that it was still available before driving up, letting him know that I was coming from a distance. I was assured it was and made an appointment for the next day. That morning, I received an email confirming the appointment (and asking if I could not make it, that I call.) However, upon arriving, I was told by our salesman that the truck had been sold the day before. Three hours of driving, 150 miles round trip, and a half a tank of gas could have been saved if Bob Ruth had extended the same courtesy to me that they asked for and called to notify me that the truck was no longer available. To add insult to injury, upon returning home, I noted that I had gotten an email from the dealership - not an apology as might have been expected but to "Thank you for coming in today and allowing me the pleasure of helping you with your vehicle-buying decisions.," along with "some additional information on the vehicle you looked at today." If I could give 0 stars I would.

Our Internet Manager has been trying to reach you regarding your visit and to offer you a gas card to help with your gas expense. Please reach out to Jason Koons at 877-818-1593. Those follow-up showroom emails went out as an auto-responder and should have been turned off by one of the Sales Managers after your visit. Used Jeep Purchase!

I was able to look at the vehicles I was interested in and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The process was easy and I felt as if everyone was there to make it go as smooth as possible.

Very unprofessional and argumentative

I schedule to look at a truck. Showed up and sale person was no help. When I asked a question he had clue what he was talking about. Argued with me an wouldn't sit me down to talk about the truck. We stood in front of everybody talking about price and the condition of the truck. Even the manager was disrespectful

Fantastic service

I called on Wednesday to talk to Donna who wasn't there for a Thursday appointment but was given a Saturday appointment. I called the next day to add something else to be checked out and Donna got me an appointment the next day! My car was fixed and ready to go in one day! Normally, my car repairs take longer than a day. I appreciate Donna and how fast my car was repaired!
