I won't go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!

Jeff Turner and Dave Galaspy have went above and beyond to help put us in cars. Not once but twice now! Not too mention they were a year apart! I highly recommend Bob Ruth Ford to anyone! I know there's people out there that don't agree but we have no complaints! If something goes wrong, they make it right! Not to mention the entire Bob Ruth sales team has been wonderful! We won't go anywhere else!!!!

My wife and I started out on Saturday morning just looking at what was available at local dealers for a good used pickup truck. She suggested that we check out Bob Ruth Ford. As we were looking on the lot for what was available Jeff Turner met up with us, retrieve keys for four different vehicles and we proceeded with our test drives. After the second truck we found what we were looking for. Jeff's product knowledge proved to be very helpful. I never would have thought that when I got up Saturday morning that I would be driving home that afternoon with another vehicle. Looks to have been taken care of by the first owner and we plan to keep it for a while.

Decent dealership

Good people, overall positive experience. Felt I was treated professionally even if the actual sales process felt a bit rushed. Would have given more stars but had to wait three hours for paperwork on dealerships end after I agreed to the deal. Was a little disappointed that after spending 14 grand I could not get a tire rotation thrown in, seems a bit petty to me. Paid blue book for the vehicle, according to kbb web site so it's not like I got a steal.

My experience was excellent. This was the second car I have purchased from Bob Ruth and they where great both times. The customer service was second to none and they went out of their way to get me the best financing on my beautiful Ford Fusion. I've been telling everyone, if you need a car go to Bob Ruth!

I was satisfied with trade in price and selling price of truck which I purchased. I was disappointed at the lack of knowledge of the salesperson ( features and how to operate them.) Salesperson was new to selling vehicles, I believe it is due to lack of training, not the salesperson's fault. If you are going to sell a product, sales staff should know it inside and out. Read owners manual when I got home. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would purchase another vehicle there.
