Dave Galaspy was the perfect no-pressure salesman! I do not enjoy shopping , and I had always found Car shopping to be highly stressful. Today, was an all new experience, It was such a positive experience that I can for the first time in my life say I would recommend my salesman or dealer. Dave was available and knowledgeable , without shadowing over me , without any pressure. I only wish i had him in the Mall for all my Christmas Shopping this year. Dave is awesome, and i wouldn't go to anyone else! He is truly the BEST

This is the fifth vehicle we purchased from Bob Ruth. That should really tell it all. Bought them all from George. Had a great mechanic, who now is the manager. (Well deserved) What more can I say? This has been a long time relationship and we'll be back next time we want a vehicle. I've seen everyone else's comments regarding selection - which they do have. I wanted a certain color combination with certain features at a certain price, and George produced.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Mrs. Cox was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. She answered all my questions with the knowledge you would expect from a dealership. The lady I spoke with when I made my appointment ( Ms. Davis I think was her name) was very friendly and helpful when I called. I've only been to Bob Ruth a few times but I will definitely be back. The mechanic that looked at my vehicle ( Nathanial was the name on my invoice) was very thorough in looking at my vehicle and I will definitely be back to address the additional items found while my vehicle was in for the original repair.

So many dealers lost the "down home personal touch" Bob Ruth Ford cut the " Horse Trading" got to the numbers. and we made the deal! My second F250 King Ranch Purchase from Bob Ruth. Nice selection. George Myers did everything possible to make the truck perfect by adding a few extras! Monica Penny, very helpful. Answered any question I had about financing and extended warranty. My past experience with the service department makes it worth the drive ( 65 miles one way) to buy from Bob Ruth a second time. also a deciding factor in purchasing at Bob Ruth Ford. Great people to work with!

My experience here was excellent! My sales rep, Dave Galaspy, was extremely helpful and was a great guy throughout the entire process. The previous two dealerships I went to (Faulkner Honda and Faulkner Pre-Owned in Harrisburg) seemed like they either didn't care about my business or were very shady. Dave seemed to actually care about me and my business. He was very upfront about everything. Dave even drove over to my place of employment to pick me up and take me to my car so we could do the title transfer for my trade-in. He was very accommodating. I'm glad I went to Bob Ruth Ford. I highly recommend them and their great sales rep, Dave Galaspy.

Bought a 2013 F150. Experience was hassle free and received exactly what I wanted. Service is great. Would recommend this dealership. They have a lot of vehicles to choose from and are concerned about your experience. No high pressure sales!!!

Roy gave EXCELLENT service. Patient with finding what I wanted. Flexible with my schedule. Always returned calls within a timely manner. Personable. Although he hadn't met my wide, when she called he stopped what he was doing to get her information needed. I really enjoyed working with him. He was thorough with information to complete the sale in a timely manner. I was amazed at the performance. He made my feel like I was his only customer when I am sure he was swamped. The Jack family has found there new dealer.
