Great service and very friendy people.
I just wanted to say how happy I am with my car. I bought a 2011 Ford Fusion and I had the best service. The woman who helped me was Kim Nash. This was my first time ever buying a car alone and I could not have done it with out her. I would definatly go back to Bob Ruth Foed for my next car. Everyone was so friendly. Keep up the good work. Wasted my time
My first review was deleted, so I'll have to keep reposting it. Drove from out of state, over 2 hours each way, to purchase a car from the 'Good Luck' lot. It wouldn't pass inspection without work (check engine light was on) and the a/c didn't work, even tho it was listed as a feature of the car. Either way, I was willing to buy and brought cash. Was told the previous day that $200 would cover fees, but I had $300 above the asking price just in case. After being left at a table for over 20 minutes, the salesman returned with figures that were outrageous - triple what I had been told. Over $600 in fees to purchase a car under 2k! He was rude, and asked, 'Don't you have a debit card?' to get more money after I told him I didn't have an additional $300.

this was a big disappoiment
it was rainning a little and no one wanted to come out side and help me. will not go back there again. I found one car I was interested in but when I checked the rad. it had oil in the water and when I told them they just said most likely. no intrest in selling a used car.

They were great to work with!
My boyfriend and I were there a few weeks ago and he bought a car. Everyone was great. I even got to ring the showroom bell of sale! I had fun doing that! Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend them.

A1 Dealership!!
I never give 5 stars to anything or anyone because then there is no room for ANY improvement and face it there is always room for improvement no matter how big or small. These folks at Bob Ruth Ford are as good as you can get. I made contact with them and spoke to Jeff Turner who was our salesperson after seeing a vehicle like I was looking for on the internet. I didn't know when I would be able to get to the Dealership but found my way to it last Saturday. I seen the truck that was on their site and IT WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED or even better. I talked with Jeff and did some dealing and came out of that day with a deposit put down on the truck. We came back home and did what we had to do on our end faxed some things to Jeff during this past week. Today when we arrived everything was ready to go and once we sat down it was less then a half hour and out the door we went with our new used truck!! As I said Jeff Turner was our salesperson and if your going to be a first timer with Bob Ruth Ford I would recommend him but I'm sure they are all just as good. The best thing about this dealership is that I didn't feel like we were being Land Sharked as soon as we hit the lot. Everyone we talked to seemed to be very pleasant and there for my questions which were answered on the spot!!! Just so you don't think I'm pulling your leg I was a Certified Salesperson for another Ford Dealership.

Great service and friendly staff
Went in to look at a truck that was available and my sales lady Kim Nash was excellent. She was friendly and very quick with the whole process. This was my first vehicle that I was buying and she had everything there that I asked for. She gave me a great deal and I would go back to her and the dealership for my next purchase.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE !!!
I just took delivery, at my home, of a used car purchased online and on the phone from this dealership. I was extremely happy with the deal I received ( it even included a trade) and the way I was treated. My salesman was George Myers and he went out of his way to make sure that the deal happened, and happened quickly. My every expectation was met...and then some. The car was exactly as described, the paperwork was right, the salesman delivered the vehicle to me ( 250 miles round trip). It could not have gone any better. 40 hours after making my first phone call, in response to an ad I saw on Cars.com, I was sitting in my driveway, in my new car, smiling !! Don't hesitate to buy from Bob Ruth Ford !!!

Don't waste your time loves to photo shop
SUV didn't even come close to what it looked like after over an hr drive. Duck tape on driver window battery wouldn't start, sun roof stuck opened and all went inside. And this was all a surprise because had several emails before driving that far.People were friendly and enjoyed saying sorry about that.

First and foremost, I can assure you that this dealership does not photo shop ANY photo?s for publishing to our many web site hosts. We will never use a deceptive business practice and would never even risk such a venture. We have been established in our community for over 28 years and would never attempt to deceive our customers. The vehicle you came to see is being represented online as an ?as-is? vehicle and is clearly marked to represent that condition on the vehicle itself. Again, we?re sorry the vehicle did not meet your expectations.
Apparently the only people that get fast service at this...
Apparently the only people that get fast service at this Ford dealership are people with warranties still on their vehicles. Even with an appointment and telling the service advisor what was wrong, at 5 pm my car still wasn't done. They needed to try and 'find' the parts. I have been a loyal Ford owner for the last 30 years, I have even bought from this dealer and as long as my vehicle was under warranty the service was good. This experience reminds me of why I stopped taking my vehicles there. So because I didn't specify I NEEDED my car back by tonight, I got pushed to the end of the line and now I may have to wait until the parts can be found! The price I was given may not be accurate, because of the availability of the parts! Seriously poor, poor customer service.
