I always have gotten excellent service from buying and servicing my cars at Bob Ruth Ford. The only current negative is that there is no customer waiting area.

All was pretty good, The place was packed with shoppers and I felt a little overwhelmed, but they keep the process moving. After I picked the truck I wanted to buy, I was moved to other people and I never did see the original sales guy again. But they kept it moving thru the paperwork pretty good by various people. They have lots of cars and trucks to choose from. A bit low on my trade, I thought my trade was worth more, but they are all like that. Overall good job, will have to see how service is if I would need any. Love the truck I bought.

Bob Ruth Ford has consistently great and good deals on carguru. This summer I was looking for a minivan replacement with stow n go seats and I immediately found a few great deals at their dealership. We drove from Harrisburg, looked over the pre-owned 2017 van and purchased it. I can tell their employees have a high level of job satisfaction and this translates into great customer service. They work as a team to complete all the steps of the car sale and trade-in. The service does not stop there. They assign a customer care specialist to you and get you signed up for their maintenance program. They notify you of specials and let you know when you are due for maintenance. They sent me an email to let me know when I needed a 30,000 mile check-up and this check-up was complimentary. I was very pleased. Also it was very impressive in July and recently for my check-up that to protect their customers and their employees they follow COVID guidelines. Recently I recommended this dealer to a close family member who is looking to purchase a car.

Made an appoint to buy a car, get there and they are in the process of selling that car to someone else. Told it was first come first serve and apparently making an appointment doesn’t count. Wasted my entire day as well as putting the loan I procured in advance in jeopardy.

In all my years buying vehicles and I have had quite a few. This was by far the best experience.! It was fast and they were very good at getting information to me . When I went in it took about 30 minutes! The first time ever I wasn't at a dealership negotiating and haggling price ! Will definitely be back and will send others . Also my salesman was great!
