Bob Ruth Ford took my vehicle on time with a very professional and easy check-in process. However, the outside waiting area left must to be desired. Good thing the weather was nice. My vehicle was completed on time as promised! The service staff was friendly and professional. Will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership.

The tent I was in wasn't heated and it was cold that day. Then your representative came out to discuss the service on my vehicle and after all this time now you changed the format of the service schedule which disappointed me cause they changed the routine after 2 years. After I asked about it when I bought the vehicle.

As temperatures are dropping, we are exploring and working on new ways to improve our processes, and are currently building a permanent structure to replace the tents in the parking lot. 2nd time I took my car to them for the services they...

2nd time I took my car to them for the services they offer when purchasing the car. The first time they broke something off the wheel and it took twice as long as it should have to do a simple tire rotations and oil change, they wanted us to purchase something for double the price I could find it at another place like Pep Boys. The second time was for inspection and it passed but they overcharged me for a filter and used cheap filter instead of the manufacture filter and acted as if it was gold. When I called to discuss the issue, they tossed me around to different departments and then never called me back. I won't be returning either of my vehicles to be serviced here anymore.

2011 Mustang

The dealership posted a low mileage Mustang right after it was traded in that met my requirements. Without pictures being posted yet, I call the dealership and asked if I could see it. They arranged for me to come see it and take it for a test drive before they even had a chance to clean or service it yet. I made a small deposit and returned a few days later to sign the paperwork and drive it home. The entire process was quite painless in spite of current environment.
