Great and reliable service

I dropped the car off the night before and they contacted me via text and email with a complete list of my service needs and the cost. When I had questions they were able to answer them quickly and give me the answers I needed to decide what service needs to resolve.

Had my 2016 Ford F-150 in for oil change and checkout...

Had my 2016 Ford F-150 in for oil change and checkout noise on front tire. My service technician, Loren did a great job and explained what problem was and that it was covered under warranty. Would recomend service department for their excellent work and professionalism.

Scheduled oil change because of virus going around they drove 45 minutes to my house took my truck to dealer for service then brought it back

Inspection

Bob Ruth Ford got me in quickly and when I realized I had mistakenly selected a service other than inspection, got me in within days for it. All the while keeping social distancing! Appreciative of their helpfulness and great service!

Excellent Service

We were in the market for a used Equinox. We searched dealerships within a 30 mile radius of our home for what we considered to be the best buy, we found that at Bob Ruth Ford. The models that were available were $1,550-2,000 cheaper with comparable mileage and model year. We worked with sales consultant Jeff Turner and would highly recommend you reaching out to him. We owed on our trade in but he and the finance department were able to come in at the budget target we were looking for. Love my 2018 Equinox and Bob Ruth Ford.
