My lease was up during the pandemic and Bob Ruth Ford made it so easy to trade in for my new car! Most of the conversation was done over the phone, zoom meeting for finance and warranties, and 15 minutes at the actual dealership to sign papers. Every single employee was completely professional with the COVID guidelines. It was such a smooth, easy process! Thank you, Devin for being on top of answering all of my questions and for finding me my perfect car!
