Salesman did a great job of setting up the paperwork and...

Salesman did a great job of setting up the paperwork and getting financing for us. This is our third new vehicle since last may(2019). I wont deal with anyone else. This is my dealer for life.

Great service

Bob Ruth Ford went above and beyond to service our vehicle. We had free oil changes from our deal when we bought the pilot. They came to our house and picked the vehicle up, took it to their facility, serviced the vehicle then brought it back to us. Couldn?t be happier. Thank you

different approach Covid 19 but excellent pricing

The buying process went well working online via Zoom with the credit department and all of the things normally done while spending hours at the dealership. Upon arrival we were met by a sales rep and handed the keys for a test drive, although just around the parking lot. The paperwork was handled outside in a portable tent setup and was done in 10 minutes or so. There was some normal wear and tear, for a 1 year formal lease, on the vehicle on the outside, scratches and so forth, which in my opinion should have been taken care of before being put out for sale. The one think that irked me was the vehicle had less than a 1/4 tank of gas and we were told they don't give you a full tank. I am 67 years old and have purchased at least 40-50 vehicles in my lifetime and this is the 1st one to not fill the tank. Overall everyone and everything went as well as expected during this unusual time.

Bad Experience

Bob Ruth Ford tried to sell me a car with frame damage. I had to pay $198 for an inspection to get this knowledge, because Bob Ruth did not disclose this information. They still have the vehicle listed for sale, so shop with caution. They will claim to check their vehicles, but some vehicles still have frame damage even after passing their check, so it must not be much of an inspection. Buyer beware!

Autumn, in regards to the vehicle in reference, we did offer to have TrueFrame inspect the car and certify it for you, however, the offer was declined for us to do so. At Bob Ruth Ford, as well as many dealers and auctions, use AutoCheck reporting, the report showed no frame damage and we also found none upon the inspection of the vehicle. I've had a problem with my front axle, and paid $900.00...

I've had a problem with my front axle, and paid $900.00 to have it fix. I was told over the phone it would drive so much better now. It's way worse. Also, trying to figure out if things were covered under my warranty, was very vague and no one helped to show me in writing, if my warranty had indeed expired, rather it was he said/she said.

When nobody else could help Bob Ruth Ford could. Amy Troutman is a fantastic Sales woman and the Owner Rob Ruth was even there to say hi and chat with me. This is easily the best car dealership I've ever been to and recommend them to anyone looking for top notch customer service and cars. This is NOT your typical car dealership, Bob Ruth Ford cares about the customers and will do everything they can so you'll leave there satisfied!
